Sarah tells Ibtisam that she misses her father. Ibtisam witnesses a car accident and takes its victim to the hospital. Soraya, the driver's mother, asks Ibtisam to change her testimony but Ibtisam refuses.

As Mostafa finishes a chemotherapy session, the oncologist tells him that he has only 6 months to live. Mostafa asks Bassam to keep an eye on his daughters in Egypt. Hossam's father Yehia asks Ibtisam to change her testimony to save his son. Alaa asks for Sarah's hand.

Sarah gets engaged. The police question Bassam for stalking Sarah. Mostafa sends Ibtisam an old family photo. Karim takes his family on a trip to buy a piece of land from a Bedouin woman.

Hashem tries to get Samah to forgive him after their fight. The Bedouin woman rejects Karim's offer for a better one from Roshdy. Mostafa meets with Roshdy to discuss how to prove his identity after he vanished for 25 years.

Karim is unable to uncover the identity of Roshdy's client. Ibtisam tells a psychiatrist that she saw her dead husband Mostafa. Mostafa sees Hashem and his girlfriend at a nightclub.

Wael tells Ibtisam that he loves his father's secretary. Mostafa is transferred to the hospital. Samah discovers that Hashem is married. Ibtisam and Mostafa tell Hashem to stay away from Samah.

Hashem tells Samira that he wants a divorce. Karim fires Safaa so she goes to work for Mostafa. Ibtisam meets Mostafa at his grave.

Ibtisam is shocked when she sees Mostafa. Mostafa tells Ibtisam that Karim tried to kill him during a trip to Geneva and that he kept his distance to protect his family.

Roshdy asks Ibtisam to help them prove Mostafa's identity. Ibtisam is transferred to the hospital after a health scare. Mostafa goes to the hospital for a chemotherapy session.

Hashem asks Samah to marry him. Ibtisam disapproves of Samah's relationship with Hashem. Mostafa asks Ibtisam to give Hashem a chance.

Samira threatens Ibtisam to get Samah away from Hashem. Mostafa is suspicious of Alaa. Sarah tells Ibtisam about the stranger whom she keeps seeing. Safaa breaks up with Wael. When Sarah is arrested, Ibtisam calls Mostafa.

Sarah is released. Roshdy discovers that Alaa is the real culprit and offers him money to confess to his accomplices. Karim quarrels with Ibtisam for calling Roshdy. Ibtisam questions him about the arms dealing.

Sarah meets Mostafa and asks him to reveal his identity. Hashem and Samah get married. When the wedding video shows a shot of Mostafa, Ibtisam confirms his identity to Karim.

Ibtisam tells Karim everything Mostafa told her. Karim discovers that their colleague Mazen is the one who tried to kill Mostafa. When Ibtisam meets Mostafa to tell him to stay away from Sarah, Wael sees them together and fights with Ibtisam.

Karim tells Ibtisam that Mostafa betrayed his friends and fled with the money. Mostafa tries to get his old friends to testify in court. Ibtisam tries to determine the legal status of her marriage to Karim.

Ibtisam goes to Beirut to find Mazen. Karim tells Ibtisam that he will divorce her if she testifies for Mostafa. Magdy dies of a heart attack.

As Mostafa's condition worsens, Ibtisam finally tells her children the truth. Hossam tells Sarah that her father needs a bone marrow transplant and she agrees to get tested to see if she is a match. Karim and Mostafa's relationship improves.

Hossam marries Sarah. Ibtisam promises to testify for Mostafa. Karim assures Mostafa that he loves Ibtisam and his daughters. Mostafa dies and Sarah has a boy that she names Mostafa.
