Professor Farid intends to perform brain surgery to increase human intelligence after his experiments on mice succeed. He chooses the mentally disabled Sutohi to conduct his experiment on, and it actually succeeds, and Sutohi's intelligence increases, but after that, he relapses, and Professor Farid realizes that intelligence can be developed with love, not with surgical intervention.
