A group of blind people live in a place that resembles hell and are not surrounded by any kind of care or appreciation for their difficult situation. Blind man Arafa El Shawaf, who was in prison, comes out, becomes their leader, and tries to expose the head of the authority who does not care about them and does not give them their money.
