A poor woman marries a rich man. Her husband dies during surgery and she discovers that she is pregnant with his child. His brothers become hostile to her in order to seize the inheritance. She hopes to have a boy, but by chance she gives birth to a girl on the day her sister gives birth to a boy. She agrees to take her son Omar and give her her daughter, as her sister also fears revenge for her son.
