Omar, Minister Mansour's driver and one of the heroes of the 1967 and 1973 wars, lives amidst the minister's secrets, who marries Doria in a secret marriage despite being married to Enayat. The threads become intertwined between Sally and her fiancé, Hisham.

Omar receives the apartment from the minister and keeps the contracts secret, while Rafiq tries to get close to Salwa and proposes to her after the death of Omar's old friend, Awida.

Nader presents a study of an agricultural project to the minister and requests the allocation of land in Sinai, while Fayek agrees to Rafiq's marriage to Salwa, who rejects him. Meanwhile, Sally dances with her boyfriend, angering Hisham and considering ending the engagement, while Rafiq approaches Salwa's family.

Salwa meets Rafiq again to reach an understanding, and Omar's mother urges her son to marry. Hisham imposes his style on Sally, but she rejects him and ends the engagement. Meanwhile, Minister Mansour forms a committee to study the project, and Omar travels to Sharm el-Sheikh, reminiscing about his memories of the 1967 war.

Minister Mansour and his wife, Doria, arrive in Sharm el-Sheikh. Omar asks for his resignation, but the minister refuses, fearing that his secrets will be revealed. Meanwhile, the minister is surprised by Atef's choice of a desert plot near the sea.

Rafiq impresses Noha and Ashraf with his abilities, despite their feeling that he is being affected. Meanwhile, Mansour sends Eid to convince Omar to rescind his resignation. Omar receives a taxi from Uncle Sedky to work on, and Salwa meets him again, the love of her life, and decides to refuse to marry Rafiq.

The minister informs Nader and Atef of Omar's importance and tries to persuade him to reconsider his resignation. Meanwhile, Sinai land is allocated for the project. Salwa meets Omar and they talk about her children. Meanwhile, the minister receives a bag of money from Atef and leaves it in the apartment.

The minister suffers a heart attack at Doria's house, so Omar takes him to the hospital, where he advises them to preserve his reputation before he dies. Omar informs the minister's family of his death, and his wife, Enayat, suspects Doria is in the hospital, while Salwa decides to meet Omar with her family.

Omar dreams of a life together with Salwa, while Doria suffers a nervous breakdown. Her mother demands her daughter's share of the minister's inheritance, threatening to reveal the customary marriage. Meanwhile, Enayat discovers that the bank has no secret accounts and pressures Omar to reveal her husband's secrets.

Salwa asks Omar to propose to her, while Nader holds the launch party for the international project. Salwa visits Omar's mother, while Sally discovers that the apartment belongs to him. She visits Salwa's house and threatens to report him, demanding the apartment as her father's.

Omar finds the bag of money in the apartment, while Salwa searches for it. Doria consults a lawyer to determine her rights, and Enayat enlists Ayyad's help to search Omar's two apartments for the bag. Ayyad hires thugs to monitor him, prompting Omar to travel to Ismailia.

Ayyad assigns two thugs to search Omar's apartment, and they assault his mother. Meanwhile, Omar is beaten by some drivers defending Qamar, the café owner. Salwa, Omar's mother, visits to inquire about him, while Sally refuses to cooperate with Ayyad, not trusting him.

Omar and Qamar visit Sheikh Ragheb, who was the reason they survived the Sinai war after the 1967 war and knows Qamar's father from their days at the front. At the same time, Ayyad receives Omar's retirement check, while Omar buries the bag in the Sinai soil near the burial place of his comrades.

Ayyad asks about Omar, and Omar takes Mansour's gun from the bag and then learns about the attack on his mother and that Ayyad is responsible. Zayan, Sheikh Ragheb's son, visits Qamar and asks to marry her. Meanwhile, Doria goes to Enayat to introduce herself, but Enayat throws her out of her house.

Sally meets Omar and Salwa, and Fayek tells her that her father was bribed, and Enayat confirms this. Fayek refuses Omar's marriage to Salwa due to incompatibility, so Omar goes to Doria to tell her the truth about the apartment and the money, while Ayyad gives Omar the check to dispel his suspicions and reveal to him the corruption of Minister Mansour.

Ayyad tries to convince Omar to keep the money and the apartment, while Salwa realizes from her father the difficulty of his situation and grows more respectful of him. Omar cashes the service check and buys a taxi, and a romantic relationship develops between him and Qamar, while Enayat goes out with Ayyad.

Doria tries to make a deal with Enayat to get Mansour's property, but she throws her out. Meanwhile, Ayyad seeks to exploit Enayat and threatens Omar with his mother. Fayek and Salwa visit Omar and his mother to find out his position and how he will act after what happened.

Sally collapses and turns to Omar, who comforts her. Meanwhile, Omar travels with Fayek's family on a trip to Arish, and his mother and the martyr's mother enjoy the days of the trip in the apartment. Meanwhile, Ayad assigns a man to watch Omar, while Doria searches for work to support herself and her mother.

Omar confronts Qamar about their age gap and his being like her father, while Jad asks her mother for her hand, but she refuses. Nader and Atef return from their trip, and Omar discovers from Nader that Mansour is a pervert, while Fayek brings up the subject of Omar and Salwa's relationship.

Fayek considers establishing a technological institute to serve the people, while Omar and his mother return home. Sally disapproves of her mother's dealings with Ayyad, and Qamar refuses to marry Sheikh Ragheb's son until after her cousin's marriage to avoid a rift. Meanwhile, Omar goes to propose to Salwa.

Sally goes to Salwa, devastated, and Fayek tells her about hurting her mother's pride. Omar proposes to Salwa, while Ayyad and Enayat decide to get married. Omar visits Doria to tell her about the service project and the possibility of her working in it, but her mother expels him. He later agrees to the idea.

Enayat tries to convince Sally that she can't continue without the money. Jad celebrates his marriage to Qamar, but she runs away to Omar. Omar asks Sally to talk to Hisham about the project, but she refuses to know where the money is and goes directly to Hisham.

Qamar's mother files a report against Omar for her daughter's absence, while Sally presents the project to Hisham and confirms the availability of funding. Enayat authorizes Ayyad to manage her assets and bank account, and he begins withdrawing her balance. Omar and Qamar return to Arish, and Sally informs them of Hisham's approval.

Hisham meets the group and stirs up a debate about funding, while Sally is afraid of him. Omar's supervisor tells Ayyad that Umm Qamar has the money, and Omar asks Atef to help him with the project despite his suspicions that he is a guide. Fayek allocates a salary for Omar and Sally.

Ayyad hires an assassin to threaten Umm Qamar in exchange for information about the bag, and he kills her. Meanwhile, Sally finds Omar and Fayek's family at her father's grave with Hisham at the time of his death. Ayyad attacks Enayat and beats her. Doria works as a translator at a newspaper, while Omar sells his taxi.

Omar buys Salwa's engagement ring, while Ayyad inquires about Enayat's possessions and obtains a contract for a villa in the Marina from him. The prosecution investigates the old report filed against Omar by Umm Qamar and arrests him. Preparations for the engagement day continue despite Omar's absence and his transfer to the Sinai Prosecution.

Omar is interrogated over the old report and released, while Ayyad continues to withdraw money, and a bank employee informs the manager of his actions. Nagi, the newspaper owner, gets closer to Doria, and Omar takes Qamar to Cairo.

Qamar goes with Omar and his mother to deliver the engagement ring to Salwa, while Hisham asks for Sally's hand during the engagement party, but she refuses. Omar visits Enayat and beats Ayyad. The bank manager arrives and tells Enayat everything, so she cancels the power of attorney granted to Ayyad.

Jad arrives in Cairo to propose to Qamar from Omar, while Ayyad discovers that the bank power of attorney has been revoked and confronts Enayat. Fayek meets Hisham to tell him everything, and Hisham renews his marriage proposal to Sally. Meanwhile, Nagi arrives to propose to Doria, who submits her resignation.

Enayat regrets her actions, while Omar goes to Atef and meets the Jewish company manager who killed his comrades in the 1967 war. Ayayd implicates Enayat in the murder of Qamar's mother, so Enayat reveals everything to Hisham. Everyone heads to Sinai, and Omar decides to take revenge on the Jewish officer and kill him.
