Nabil and his foreign wife, Lola, return to his parents' house, after which they're taken aback when they learn that the Ministry of Urban Planning demands that they vacate the house so that they can widen the street, causing the residents to feel sad.

Nabil fails to get in touch with the municipality employees because they evade him, but they show cooperation with Samir, which makes Nabil angry.

Lola suffers as she gets harassed. Nabil grows jealous of Lola's admiration for Samir, despite his being a reckless and womanizing young man. Nabil accepts Samir's help with repairing a car, but things take a turn for the worse.

As Nabil's mother falls ill, Nabil discovers that the medical bills are high and that it's difficult to obtain papers from a government hospital to complete the treatment. Thereafter, Umm Samir (Samir's mother) shocks him by questioning the doctors' diagnosis.

Nabil takes advantage of the fact that his father is spending the night in the hospital and has a romantic dinner with Lola. After Nabil's mother's operation, Nabil's family gathers at his parents' house to take care of her, and the relationship between Lola and her mother-in-law strengthens.

Samir brings a filming crew to Nabil's house and makes his family participate in delusive advertisements for products from unknown sources with the help of Labiba, which angers Nabil.

Nabil's family goes camping. As Nabil seeks to resolve a legal dispute between the people of the village, he is shocked by their violence and by one of them threatening Samir with his weapon.

Nabil's family is kidnapped by the men of the village after they learn that they are related to Nabil, but Nabil and Lola intervene to save their family.

Lola discovers her pregnancy, which makes Nabil and his parents happy. Samir takes Lola, Nabil, and Labiba on a picnic with his wheelchair-bound friend, Valerie, but they are taken aback by the theft of her wheelchair.

Nabil and Lola face everyone's demands to know the gender of the baby; meanwhile, they chase the municipality employees in order to get compensation for the house, upon which Lola gives birth to a girl after they move to the house of Nabil's old relative in the village.

Nabil and Lola are surprised that Samir and Labiba managed to bring their daughter from the NICU so that the family can give her a proper welcome. Nabil and his father discover the disappearance of Monem, the employee responsible for the file of financial compensation for the aggrieved parties.

Lola suffers from postpartum depression, after which Nabil and his father go to the employee Monem to help them, but he tells them that there are people who have not received their compensation for years.

Lola is shocked by Nabil's old relative's desire to exploit the baby in strange rituals. Labiba rejoices as she discovers that Samir's friend is engaged. In their search for an apartment, Nabil and Samir are distressed by how high the rent is.

As a year passes, the situation remains the same, and both Samir and Labiba lose their jobs, so Nabil's relative suggests that they convert an old shop she owns into a restaurant.

Nabil and Lola flee their jobs at Atef's office after discovering his running of money laundering operations. As the family opens Rizkallah Restaurant, Samir sings to entertain its patrons, while the family members team up to run it.
