Amy arrives in America and is surprised by Margaret and John's conspiracy to fake his death in order to obtain the insurance policy and change their identity. Bakr and Amy's team are still watching John from the house across from him
Amy applies to work at Margaret and John's house as a nanny for Omar under the name Susan. John still goes to gambling halls. Bakr asks Amy to search the house to obtain information proving her innocence.
Margaret thinks about escaping with Omar from Sigal. Omar discovers Amy's identity and tells Margaret the truth, while Amy confronts her friend Margaret with the truth about her betrayal of her, and the latter confesses to Amy her involvement in John's plan.
Margaret promises Amy to confess, and Bakr asks MacArthur to cooperate in re-investigating the case. Bakr is surprised by Margaret's death, while MacArthur thwarts John's attempt to kill Amy and is killed, thus revealing Amy's innocence.
