The events of the work revolve around a wealthy man who owns a bank, loves politics, and is a candidate to enter the parliament. As there is only one step left between him and the parliament, he decides to be kinder to the people of his district from now on, to guarantee their votes, but because of them he gets exposed to endless problems, from which funny situations arise.
