As the police find narcotics in Salman's room, they suspect him of drug use, and meet and interrogate his second wife.
Suspicions swirl around every member of Salman's family, and the police arrest his son Saud after discovering that he has taken alcohol and drugs. As they start to interrogate him, Saud reveals many secrets about his father and his problems with his children and his wife.
As the police interrogate Adel, the nephew of Salman, they reveal the problems that led to Adel’s hatred of his uncle Salman. Hamad is suspicious of Sami after discovering his quarrel with Salman, who was taken to the hospital after eating poisoned food previously.
Hamad questions the secretary Khaled, and discovers that there is a relationship between him and Sami, and that he informed the latter of Salman's decision to deprive his son Sami of the inheritance.
Major Hamad discovers Adel's threat to Salman's first wife, Maryam, and that she asked him to monitor Salman and learn about his relationships with women, and tries to reveal Adel's relationship with Khaled, who confirms Salman's purchase of a private house for his affairs.
Sami asks Khaled to burn some documents that might incriminate them in the Salman murder case. Hamad arrests Daoud, who confesses to Adel's request to monitor Salman for Umm Salem's favor.
Hamad discovers by interrogating Salem and Nawar the reason for her marriage to Salman in order to save her father from bank checks that he signed in favor of Salman.
Sami asks Salem to hand over his inheritance from his father. Hamad chases after Saud, who has an accident and dies as a result. Khaled agrees with Sami to send a message to Hamad to distract him and keep him from suspecting them.
Hamad manages to set up Khaled and Sami to reveal the truth about each other. Khaled tells Hamad that Sami married his father's secretary and a quarrel broke out between them before the accident.
Khaled tells Hamad about the quarrel of Salman and the merchant Abu Hamid, accusing him of killing him. Abu Hamid tells Hamad that the quarrel was because Salman asked to marry his daughter, who has not yet 16 years old. Some unknown people block Khaled's way and shoot him.
Daoud confesses that he agreed with Sami to beat Khaled, and Kawthar tells Hamad that Salman caused her to miscarry.
Khaled tells Hamad about the quarrel between the merchant Mansour and Salman after the latter won a commercial tender and Mansour went bankrupt.
As Hamad closes in on all suspects of Salman's murder, he manages to uncover an agreement between Adel and Khaled to get rid of Salman and arrests them.
