Everyone celebrates Eid al-Adha, and Muhammad goes on a trip with his friends. On their return, they have a serious car accident and are taken to the hospital.

Abu Muhammad, Abu Rashid, and Abu Hussein rush to the hospital to check on the condition of their children. Muhammad remembers what happened while he was driving the car and holds himself responsible for what happened to his friends.

The doctor informs Abu Hussein that his son suffers a spinal fracture, causing him complete paralysis. His fiancée, Ghala, breaks down when she hears about it. At the same time, Muhammad seeks to support Rashid after he leaves the hospital.

Umm Muhammad tries to convince her daughter Alia, to marry. Muhammad suffers from nightmares because of the accident he was exposed to. Umm Sweilem seeks to convince Umm Ghala to have her daughter break off her engagement to Hussein because he is paralyzed.

Abu Badr insists on filing a report against Muhammad for his reckless driving and for injuring his son in the accident. Badr undergoes serious surgery, and Ghala feels guilty towards Hussein for abandoning him due to his condition. The doctor recommends that Hussein travel to receive treatment abroad.

Rashid is infected with dangerous bacteria due to the accident, and his father takes him to the hospital again. Due to Hussein's poor psychological state, the doctor who is treating him suggests that he see a psychiatrist.

The accident dominates Muhammad's mind and he remembers it all the time. Ghanem seeks to achieve a scoop through his articles on drug trafficking and addiction. The doctor treating Rashid discovers that he has a brain fracture caused by bacteria.

Hussein tells Ghanem about a drug dealer who tried to give him some of it during his trip with his friends, and Ghala reconnects with Hussein despite her mother’s disapproval.

Rashid tries to escape from the hospital. Ghanem goes with the police officer to an abandoned house to arrest drug dealers. Abu Muhammad takes his son Hamad to the hospital and discovers that he has a cancerous tumor.

Hussein informs Muhammad with the good news of his response to treatment and moves his fingers. Muhammad remembers their last trip together, and Abu Ghala asks his daughter to determine her position on her relationship with Hussein.

Rashid regains his health and begins looking for work. Officer Nasser succeeds in finding a drug bag with a dealer, and Hamad prepares to receive treatment for cancer.

Hussein's health condition improves, Nasser and Ghanem continue implementing the plan to bring down the drug gang, and Rashid travels to start his new job.

Umm Hamad discovers that her son has cancer, and Rashid dies in a traffic accident.

Abu Rashid suffers a severe nervous breakdown due to his son's death, but Suleiman discovers that Rashid is still alive, and nightmares continue to haunt Muhammad on the day of the accident.

The police, led by Nasser and with the help of Ghanem, succeed in arresting the drug gang. Hussein is released from the hospital and is able to walk again, and his wedding to Ghala takes place.
