The conflict continues between Selim Al-Badry and Soliman Ghanem, and bleeds into the relationship between their children, Ali and Zohra. After the Egyptian Revolution of 1952, Selim marries Princess Nourhan, as Nazik Al-Salhdar marries a younger man. Tawfik takes a second wife to have children.
