Asim, Fahmy, and Mohsen receive an invitation from their old friend Omar to attend his birthday party, but Omar stipulates that they not bring anyone from their families. Dalia, Asim's wife, receives a call from a stranger warning her of her husband's going to the birthday party.

Asim meets with Mohsen and asks him about the threat that his wife received from an unknown person in the middle of the night, and he also tells him that his wife received the same threat.

Dalia asks Asim not to go to the birthday party after the threatening call she received, but he insists on going. The four friends meet again after 15 years of being apart. As Omar tells his friends that they have a share in his big fortune, an unknown person shoots Omar.

Tahir summons the doctor to treat Omar from the bullet, and his friends succeed in containing the wound. Omar tells his friends that there are people who want to kill him from his hometown. Mohsen asks Asim what he thinks of Omar’s return, his talk about his fortune, and what happened that night.

Omar asks Mohsen to give Sami El Koumi his money back so that he does not take revenge on him, while he asks Fahmy to improve his relationship with his wife and children in exchange for making them his partners in a major project that will change their lives forever.

Omar meets Sami El Koumi and agrees with him to give him money in exchange for leaving his friend, Mohsen, alone and not approaching him again.

Omar signs partnership contracts with his friends Fahmy, Mohsen, and Asim to work with him on a new charitable project. Abu Saree agrees with Badran to kill Omar.

Sahar goes crazy after she sees Fahmy beating her mother, upon which she decides to stab him in his arm with a knife; moreover, she tells Fahmy that she took all the papers that condemn him from his office and sent them by mail to his friend, Omar.

As Omar attempts to get close to Wafaa, she also takes a liking to him. The four friends start their work in the company together and devote themselves to their jobs. Mohsen asks his wife to warn her daughter Sahar to stay away from him.

As Omar asks to intervene to solve Mohsen's problem with his wife, Enayat, Omar asks Mohsen to divorce Enayat and give her back all the money he took from her. When Dalia asks Omar to cooperate with her in the artistic field and produce a film for her at his expense, Omar rejects the matter.

Sami tells Omar what he has heard from Hana after she told him that Mohsen and Asim are plotting against their friend, Omar, who refuses to believe Sami and Hana's talk.

Omar gathers his old friends and tells them what happened to him 15 years ago and that it was his cousins, Badrawi and Abu Saree, who caused him to be admitted to a mental hospital as they coveted the money of his father, the mayor, after his death.

Asim agrees with Mohsen to get the fortune of their friend, Omar, and plot against him. After Mohsen incites Tahir to commit suicide, Tahir jumps off the top of a building to his death.

The plan of Asim and Mohsen works out, and they cause Omar to go to prison. Fahmy decides to stand by his friend, Omar, in order to get him out of prison. Wafaa collapses after learning that the police have arrested her beloved Omar.

Sami makes sure that Tahir did not die by suicide as it appeared in the police report, but was murdered. As Abu Saree learns that Mohsen and Asim deceived him and mortgaged the land to the bank, he kills them. Omar is released from prison after he is proven innocent and the truth is revealed.
