A play consisting of three separate chapters: Destructive, Under the Pipe, and Mad for Susu, and their events respectively revolve around a man who wants to seize his brother’s dilapidated house after learning that it will be on the appraisal map; a building owner keeps raising rent, while residents can no longer afford it; and a difficult man who causes trouble for everyone around him.
