The series addresses in each episode a specific topic or problem, through the plumber Ayouq, who enters homes and hears the problems, so he tries to solve them because his goal in life is to reform society and help. He is assisted in this by a group of people, headed by his sister Nabiha, who suffers from problems of her own.
