Sonqor finds Ibrahim's wallet and hands it to the police, but when they find it contains drugs, Ibrahim denies his possession of the drugs. After Sonqor leaves, he asks Maghawri to get engaged to Fatma, but he beats him, leading him to be taken to the hospital, and Fatma promises to wait for him.

As Fathiya and Laila visit Sonqor, they give him a financial compensation and promise to get him a job. Maghawri receives his letter of appointment to a job that is not related to his field of study. Ibrahim discovers Asfour has deceived Laila.

Fatma refuses to marry Elwan. Sonqor takes on his job in Ibrahim's factory. Fatma gets angry after seeing Thuraya. Maghawri offers Sonqor a sum of money in exchange for vacating the apartment.

Maghawri and Thuraya get secretly married, while Sonqor suspects Thuraya of tampering with the accounts. As Fatma discovers her father's plan to expel Sonqor, she confronts the latter with his naivety.

After Ibrahim orders Thuraya to abort his child, he convinces Fathiya that Sonqor is the husband of Thuraya, who manipulates Sonqor and takes advantage of his naivety. Fatma applies for a job in Ibrahim's factory, and he accepts.

Mahrous buys the apartment from Maghawri and asks to marry Fatma, who runs away to her aunt's house. Sonqor turns to an officer to help him. Maghawri's endeavors fail, and Fatma takes on her job.

Adalat stands against Maghawri's actions. Ibrahim fakes a relationship between Thuraya and Sonqor. Asfour steals Ibrahim and Fathiya's car.

Ibrahim expels Sonqor to get Fatma for himself, but Fathiya tells Fatma the truth. Fathiya files an interdiction case against Ibrahim and he divorces Thuraya.

As Sonqor saves Maghawri's son from a car accident, Maghawri reconciles with him. Sonqor wins a cultural competition sponsored by Ibrahim's Factory after returning to run the company.

As Sonqor continues to win, everyone doubts his integrity. Maghawri accepts to get engaged to Fatma, who refuses after believing that he is in a relationship with Laila. Ibrahim searches for a way to make him lose his profits.

After Asfour fails to prevent Sonqor from reaching the competition's location, Sonqor wins a large sum of money. Ibrahim spreads a rumor about Sonqor that he cheats in the competition in order to make him lose his popularity, after which the people of the neighborhood turn against him.

Thuraya cooperates with Sonqor's lawyer to prove the latter's innocence. Sonqor files a lawsuit against Ibrahim's company. As Fatma is released from the hospital after suffering a health problem, she resents Sonqor's absence. Asfour fails to kill Sonqor.

After the police arrest Ibrahim and Asfour, the latter confesses that he is the real criminal, so Ibrahim is released, after which Sonqor wins the case and marries Fatma.
