The series talks about corruption, bribery, and the weakness of man in the face of money, as a corrupt general manager conceals behind national interest and concern for public money to achieve his despicable goals of illicit gain. He is assisted by a group of corrupt employees who abandon their consciences to fulfill the desires of their manager and achieve material benefit.
