The play revolves around Eid Jabr Abu Al-Hasani, the agent of the wealthy Al Raqi family. Sanad is an accountant who works with Eid, he falls in love with Eid's daughter, which makes him stay silent regarding her father's actions of plundering the heirs' money. As Musharraf Al Raqi asks Eid for his daughter's hand in marriage, Eid tries to force her to marry him, but she refuses. So she decides to lie to him that she is secretly married to Sanad.
