Nabil lives with his wife Safaa at his mother-in-law's apartment, and hence he has to endure her insistent demand that he pays the rent. Meanwhile, Nabil's disagreement with his boss, Shawqy, mounts due to their conflicting views.

When Nabil learns that he won the lottery, his wife Safaa grows worried that his newly-acquired fortune will encourage him to take another wife, just as her sister's husband did.

With heaps of money at his hand, Nabil tries to assuage his wife's concerns by buying her extravagant gifts, while Nabil's mother-in-law asks him to pay off his debts, and his manager changes the way he treats Nabil.

When Nabil's uncle falls for Nazmia and decides to wed her, Nabil tries to sabotage their marriage for fear that Nazmia might inherit his uncle's money.

As Kamel returns home with his new wife, his first wife Seham vows to turn their lives into a living nightmare. Safaa decides to leave Nabil penniless so he won't get married again. Nabil's uncle and Nazmia get engaged.

Seham grows restless when Kamel neglects her altogether. Safaa feigns illness to get Nabil to look after her and spend his money providing medical care for her.

At the hospital, Safaa chickens out when the doctor says she might undergo surgery. Meanwhile, Shawqy becomes strict with Nabil when the latter doesn't show up to work daily.

Nabil stumbles upon a bag with money, and when he returns it, he gets in unimaginable trouble. Safaa undergoes heart surgery.

Nabil is mad when he is punished with a pay cut, but things look up when he wins a new prize money, much to Safaa's surprise.

Seham draws a new scheme to get Kamel's attention, but she makes things worse as she is forced to do all the chores at home. Nabil's family arrives for Nazmia and Abu Sa'ied's (Sa'ied's father) wedding.

Abu Sa'ied gets in an accident and is rushed to the hospital. Safaa meets Emad, Nabil's friend, and Nabil helps Emad finalize some papers. Nabil wins a car in another competition.

When Nabil makes it known that he wants to sell the car, Safaa gets mad. Nabil tells Emad that he wants to marry Sawsan.

As Safaa repeatedly complains about Nabil's nights out, he takes her with him to dinner as they meet Emad and his girlfriend. Safaa's friends try to get closer to her just to ride in her car.

Nabil sells the car to get a new one. Seham's husband rejoices when he learns that Seham is pregnant.

Nazmia resumes her wedding preparations, while Seham continues to pull pranks on her husband's other wife.

Nabil buys a new apartment, and Safaa plots to spend the rest of his money as soon as possible. Nabil suggests a change in his and Shawqy's business affairs. Emad frequents Nabil's office, which Nabil finds irritating.

Nabil is arrested for a traffic violation, and he gets a huge sum of money as he does a prisoner a huge favor. Safaa learns that the police interrogated the man who sold her and Nabil the apartment.

Nabil visits Tawfik and tries to figure out if his apartment was legally bought. Nazmia suffers from Abu Sa'ied's miserliness. Seham learns that So'aad is pregnant.

Emad asks Nabil to intercede for him with Sawsan in order to convince her to marry Emad. Emad offers to buy Nabil a soft drink if he does so, and the can earns him a cash prize.

As Nabil buys the apartment from Nazmia, the police interrogate Nabil on charges of financial corruption, prompting him to reveal the source of his money.

Emad and Sawsan start dating. Abu Sa'ied and Nazmia quarrel, leaving Nabil and Safaa scrambling to reconcile them.

Seham harshly treats So'aad following their last conflict. As Nabil tries to utilize modern technology at work, he quarrels with Shawqy and asks for some time off.

Nabil cannot be more unwelcoming when Nazmia and Seham seek shelter at his apartment when they quarrel with their husbands. Safaa is worried when Nabil starts calling Emad's daughter frequently.

As Nabil runs over a man, it turns out the injured man is Samer, Tawfik's son, and the police search for Nabil.

As Nabil cunningly evades the police officer, he stays at the same hospital where Samer is. Tawfik refuses to forgive Nabil until the former's son, Samer, wakes up.

As Samer wakes up from the coma, it turns out he had lost his memory prior to the accident, but he regained his memory following it. A grateful Tawfik offers Nabil a reward.

As Nabil returns home, Safaa falls ill and a doctor is called to examine her. Seham and her husband reconcile and she returns home with him.

Nabil nurses Safaa back to health, and she wants him to buy her and her children more stuff. Seham and So'aad start bickering.

Nabil wins a competition. Emad and Sawsan resume their wedding preparations. Safaa is troubled when she sees an unpleasant dream where Nabil gets married. Both Nabil and Kamal get into trouble at work.

Emad and Sawsan get married. Nabil's sons move into Nabil's house. As Nabil and Safaa go on a trip, they are shocked to learn that Emad and Sawsan are staying at the same hotel.

Tawfik meets Nabil and gifts him a car. Nabil gets a promotion.

Abu Sa'ied and Nazmia quarrel over expenses. Shawqy grows jealous of Nabil.

Shawqy grovels to Nabil. When Anis files a complaint against Nabil accusing him of squandering public money, Nabil manages to clear his name.

Safaa enlists the help of a sorceress to make sure Nabil won't take another wife, but the sorceress' magic causes Nabil severe illness. Lama, Emad's daughter, frequently visits Nabil and Shawqy's workplace.

Tawfik recuperates when Nabil donates him a kidney. Nabil starts to teach his family how to use computers, while his quarrels with Shawqy resume.

Abu Sa'ied falls ill and decides to waive his fortune to Nabil. As Nazmia and Abu Sa'ied quarrel over the latter's stinginess, Nabil decides to offer the couple financial help.

Nabil encounters trouble when the employees evade their tasks. Later on, Nabil is interrogated on charges of collusion with another company.

Kamel's two wives reconcile. Abu Sa'ied ditches his stinginess. When the interrogations end, Nabil decides to spend more time with his family and promises Safaa not to take another wife.
