An Egyptian man returns to Iraq after 25 years to search for his daughter by an Iraqi woman he had married and left while the daughter was one year old. His ex-wife has three brothers, one of whom is an opportunist liberal who works with the government and the occupation, the other is an extremist, and the third is very rich, and intertwining conflicts unfold.
