Hessa takes advantage of her husband Saleh's illness, seizes all his property, and treats his children badly. Meanwhile, Abu Hessa (Hessa's father) proposes to his neighbor, the nurse Ikhlas.
Hessa threatens to expel Ikhlas from the building so that she does not agree to marry Khalaf, Hessa's father. Mansour decides to travel and stay away from the problems of his wife, Asma, who treats his mother badly.
After Saleh dies in the hospital, his brothers, Mutlaq and Khaled, quarrel with Hessa over her seizing all his money and the money of his children. Umm Mansour (Mansour's mother) falls ill and is hospitalized.
As Mukhles gets upset about his sister Ikhlas's constant bickering with his wife, Donia, he leaves the house, while Hessa falsely claims that Khaled verbally insulted her.
Mukhles discovers Hessa and Donia's agreement to falsely claim that Khaled attacked Hessa. Meanwhile, Fawwaz and his brother, Salem, refuse that their mother, Munira, marry Marzouk.
Marzouk insists on holding a wedding to celebrate his marriage to Munira. Ikhlas leaves the house after her quarrel with Donia, whom Hessa asks to make a false statement in her favor at the police station against Khaled.

Amer meets Mukhles and threatens to harm him if he tells Hessa and her father anything about him. Mukhles discovers Donia's false claim against Hessa that Amer knows Mukhles. Umm Mansour asks her son to apologize to Mukhles after he doubted him.
Marzouk is revealed to be an alcoholic and a drug addict, and Munira discovers that he wants to get back together with his ex-wife. Amer threatens to reveal Mukhles's relationship with Abu Sami.
Mukhles objects to Mansour's attempt to get closer to Ikhlas. Salem asks Abu Hessa to support him in his problem with Marzouk.
Mansour asks Mukhles to let his sister, Ikhlas, move to his house to take care of his sick mother around the clock. Abu Hessa undergoes an urgent surgical operation.
Ikhlas tells Hessa that Amer will take care of her father's hospital fees. Donia tries to convince Hessa to marry, while Munira tells her son and her husband that she is pregnant.
Amer agrees with Marzouk to work with him. As Ikhlas starts her job at Abu Mansour's house, his wife begins to suspect that she's having an affair with him.
Hessa rejects Amer's proposal to marry her. Munira tells Marzouk that she is pregnant. Ikhlas decides to quit working for Mansour, but he convinces her to change her mind.
Munira tells Hessa of Khaled's agreement with Marzouk to pay a large sum of money to Amer so that he stays away from Hessa, who thinks of agreeing to marry Amer. Mansour proposes to Ikhlas.

Asma asks Ikhlas to return to work as a nurse and take care of Umm Mansour, unaware that she is married to Mansour.
Abu Hessa helps Salem get a job. Mansour and Ikhlas discover that Mukhles is secretly married to their neighbor, Magda.
Mukhles informs Abu Hessa of his marriage and asks him not to tell his wife, Donia. Abu Hessa gets upset about his daughter's traveling without telling him.
Magda complains to Mukhles and asks him to tell Donia of their marriage, while Ikhlas resents the fact that Mansour is always staying with his first wife, Asma.
Donia discovers that she's pregnant, and Hessa also informs Amer that she's pregnant, while Umm Mansour suspects that there is a relationship between Mansour and Ikhlas.
Abu Hessa asks Salem to complete his studies. As Hessa is taken to the hospital due to her severe illness, Amer pretends that he is worried about her; meanwhile, Asma is taken to the hospital to give birth.
When Munira discovers that Marzouk stole her money and jewelry, he beats her, and she dies. Amer takes advantage of Hessa's illness and asks her to sign powers of attorney.
Hessa discovers Amer is married to another woman and has seized all her money. As Amer dies in a tragic accident, all his money goes to his new wife, Khaled, and his brother Mutlaq. Asma discovers Mansour is married to Ikhlas, so Mukhles, his sister, and his two wives return to Egypt.
