Arms dealer Sayed competes with Mahmoud, who both work for a foreign American / Israeli organization based outside Egypt. When a Terrorist accident kills the girl Shaimaa in Cairo, Sayed remembers his daughter, and carries out a suicide bombing that blows up the organization's building abroad.
