Love blossoms between Imad and his co-worker, Ashqa, with whom a cop also falls in love, so he tries to sabotage this relationship. He abuses his power, arresting Imad unjustly, and throwing him in prison with many political prisoners. As they are subjected to brutal torture, a revolution erupts, giving them hope for an end to their woe.
