Abu Khaled reprimands the employee Burhan for his negligence at work, so Burhan gets angry and agrees with Abu Tariq to trap Abu Khaled, change the company's budget, and accuse him of embezzlement. At the same time, Abu Khaled thinks about retiring, and the employee Badr marries Ghanima.

Abu Khaled is imprisoned on charges of embezzlement, and Abu Tariq takes his place in the company. The accountant Badr receives threats from an unknown person, so officer Abu Fahd is assigned to investigate the matter.

Burhan blackmails Abu Tariq financially and threatens to expose their agreement against Abu Khaled. In prison, Abu Khaled tells the imprisoned Saleh about the company’s loss and the tampering with the papers. The police accuse Abu Khaled’s daughter, Fottouh, of threatening Badr with revenge.

It becomes clear that Burhan has agreed with Sadiq to steal Fattouh's cars and use them to monitor and threaten Badr. At the same time, Badr quarrels with his wife, Ghanima, because she left the house and lived with her father for fear of threats.

Burhan tells Abu Tariq that a notebook belonging to Sadiq was found at the place where Fottouh's car was stolen. Fottouh finds the notebook, which contains Abu Tariq and Burhan's phone numbers.

Sadiq bargains with Fottouh to reveal the person who asked him to steal her car in exchange for his notebook, and Badr decides to search the company's old budgets to reveal the manipulation of the papers.

Sadiq locks Fottouh’s brother, Khaled, in the house, and Sadiq records Abu Tariq and Burhan's agreement with him to steal the car. Abu Fahd agrees with the garage guard to trap Sadiq.

Ghanima gets cancer and is transferred to the hospital in critical condition. Sadiq decides to blackmail Abu Tariq and Burhan with the audio recording of their confession to obtain his notebook.

Ghanima undergoes surgery, and the guard tells Abu Fahd that he has given Fottouh Sadiq’s notebook that he found next to her car. Badr discovers that the last budget he submitted to the company’s manager was tampered with.

As Badr tells Abu Tariq about the budget manipulation, the police keep an eye on Fottouh, Ghanima regains her health, and Badr visits Abu Khaled in prison to tell him the latest information he has received about his case.

Ghanima suspects that Badr and Fottouh are in a relationship, so the latter explains to her the reason for their meeting. Burhan and Abu Tariq dispute the tape recording of their confession, and Abu Fahd succeeds in arresting them and releasing Abu Khaled from prison.
