As Felfel asks for Dalal's hand in marriage, Zaghloul refuses. Zaghloul tells the teachers that he will not allow private lessons in his school for students. Dalal tells her sister, Nawal, that she wants to marry Felfel because he is rich and that she refuses to marry Sharif.
Zaghloul gets angry, leaves the house, and goes to live with his father. Heba and Nawal decide to go to their grandfather's house in order to bring their father back home. Zaghloul gets angry at Dalal after he learns that Felfel treated her to dinner.
After Zaghloul tells Sharif that Dalal has agreed to marry Felfel, he apologizes to him and tells him that everything is written in the stars. The officer arrests Zaghloul on charges of stealing electrical appliances.
Zaghloul is released from prison on bail. Sharif asks for Dalal's hand in marriage again, and she agrees this time after the truth about Felfel has been revealed. Samira asks Sharif for an expensive engagement gift for her daughter, Dalal.
Zaghloul expels El Sabaawi's son from school. El Sabaawi's wife asks for the money she gave to Samira to give her husband, Zaghloul, to take care of El Sabaawi's son. Zaghloul gets angry at Samira and decides to leave her.
Zaghloul refuses to fulfill the principal's request that El Sabaawi's son return to school without any punishment. Zaghloul's father, Massoud, gets a large plot of land.
Zaghloul gets angry at Dalal for not appreciating her fiancé, Sharif, and asks her to apologize to him. As Massoud disappears, Zaghloul searches for him everywhere.
Hassouna suggests that Massoud and Zaghloul use the plot of land he obtained and build a residential community that includes agriculture, industry, and all kinds of activities, and the idea is accepted by Massoud, Zaghloul, and his family.
Sharif gathers his engineer and doctor friends and urges them to collaborate with him on a project to build a new residential community on the plot of land. Samira receives money from her friend in exchange for a favor at Zaghloul's school.
Hassouna tells the family that he has finally found a solution to the crisis of the funding of the city that they dream of, and that he has found a man named Jamil who will take care of all the finances and the funding of the utopia.
Zaghloul tells Sharif and Essam that Hassouna has obtained all the permits for the utopia and that there is an Egyptian investor who will fund the whole project.
As Massoud, his son Zaghloul, and the family go to the land, a person named Abu Doma points a weapon at them and asks why they came. Massoud tells Abu Doma that he'll give him and his men part of the crop in exchange for protecting the land and the city after construction.
Hassouna tells Zaghloul, Essam, and Sharif that the bank stipulated obtaining half of the crops and animal production in order to agree to the loan and that there's only one solution to complete the funding of the project, which is to impose additional fees on the residents of the project.
As Jamil returns from abroad, he gathers Zaghloul and the family and tells them that he will complete the funding of the city project. Sharif tells Zaghloul that he will marry Dalal as soon as the project is completed.
Zaghloul holds elections among the founders of the utopia to put the elected person in charge of undertaking all the affairs of the utopia. Massoud competes against Samira in the elections.
Sharif holds the wedding of him and his beloved Dalal. Jamil meets with Zaghloul's family as well as the engineers, doctors, and founders of the project and tells them that their dream is nearing completion.
Hassouna asks for Nawal's hand in marriage from her father, Zaghloul. Samira tells Zaghloul, that she has changed and started thinking of everyone, unlike what was happening before. She also tells him that she will support him in his decisions.
Jamil tells Zaghloul that there are people who have offered to acquire a small plot of land in the project and set up a nightclub on it in exchange for a small fee.
Jamil requests an immediate meeting of the committee of the founders of the utopian city to discuss the problem of the bank's request to obtain half of the city's crops, despite the residents' refusal of the matter.
Sharif quarrels with his friends, Mahmoud and Essam, because of their different views on the city project. Zaghloul intervenes to reconcile his daughter, Nawal, and her fiancé, Hassouna.
As Abu Saree's men attack the utopia, he asks Zaghloul and the founders of the project that he get half of the crops and half of the animal production in order to let them live in peace.
Essam asks his father to intervene as a law enforcement agent with great experience in the field, deal with Abu Saree and his men, and reach a point of negotiation between the two parties, to which his father agrees.
As Massoud gathers his son Zaghloul and his family and tells them that he has made his final decision to marry Fatima, Huda's mother, Zaghloul supports his father's decision.
Samira meddles and tries to spoil the marriage of her father-in-law, Massoud, to Fatima by all means. Massoud falls ill after finding everyone standing in the way of his marriage to his sweetheart.
Fatima visits her beloved Massoud and tells him that she will never leave him and will marry him in spite of everyone; however, Fatima is surprised that Massoud no longer remembers anything about himself or his family.
Samira incites Zaghloul against his friends from among the founders of the city and tries to turn everyone against each other, especially since the project has been going so well.
Sharif tells his wife that she is the cause of all the problems he is facing and that he no longer wants to see her, whereupon Sharif asks his uncle Zaghloul that he split up with his daughter, Dalal.
Nawal tells Hassouna that she suspects that Zaki is the one who killed Badr in order to benefit from his position after his death. Zaghloul meets with Sharif and Essam and asks them to join hands to catch Badr's killer and restore order to the city.
The police arrest Samira on charges of being an accomplice to the criminal Badr in the crimes of swindling people and stealing their money. Abu Saree decides to kill Zaki.
The prosecution releases Zaghloul after proving that Zaki is Badr's killer. Massoud proposes to Fatima again and she agrees. Sharif gets back together with Dalal. Zaghloul gathers his family and tells them that they will renew their hope in the utopia.
