Hassan's wife delivers a baby and Youness is infuriated because she was once a maid before Hassan married her. Youness falls and is transferred to the hospital. Hassan travels to Iraq and a period of fifteen years passes.
Adham faces financial difficulties and he cannot afford his family. Meanwhile, Youness is trying to unravel the deceit of his two sons. Dalia, Nagi's daughter pursues a career as a TV presenter. Hassan sends his grandfather a letter, but grandpa's health is worsening.
Adham asks El-Shimy to smuggle him abroad, and El-Shimy tells him that it can only be done illegally. One of El-Shimy’s boats sinks in the sea. The Iraq war breaks out, and Hasan’s family’s fear magnifies as they haven’t heard from him for a while.
Nagi throws a party for the outstanding students and Youssef is invited. Adham quarrels with the taxes official and Nagi claims that Hassan died in Iraq.
Adham holds a funeral repast for his father. Nagi is trying to get close with Awatef, Adham's mother, but she rejects him.
Nagi quarrels with his daughter Dalia after she broadcasts a report that convicts him. Adham takes over the new post at the factory, but he is soon to become acquainted with his uncle's and grandfather's illegal deeds. Adham is arrested and Awatef is greatly concerned.
Adham learns that his father was detained in Iraq, and he knows his uncle's intentions to approach Awatef, Adham's mother. Nagi's men beat Adham up. Infuriated, Adham sets fire to his uncle's factory.
In the investigations, Nagi denies that Adham had anything to do with the fire. Nagi is ceaselessly trying to approach Awatef, but Amal throws him out. Youness passes away.
Dalia goes out with Adham and his family, but her father sends his men after them. Dalia decides to make a report about Egyptian people abroad and their unfortunate destinies. Hassan asks for his share in the inheritance, but Nagi denies him that.
Nagi plots to get Adham arrested for drug possession. Adham, however, is trying to find a way to flee the country altogether.
Dali refuses to marry Abo Hagar's son because she is in love with Adham. Hassan is arrested by the State Security. Bahgat asks Nagi to intervene to get Hassan out of prison. The boat Adham is on sinks and most of the passengers die.
After they find Adham's belongings in the sea, he is announced dead. Mahrous is arrested whereas El-Shimy is hiding for protection. Adham is still alive, but he is sold to the organ-trafficking mafia.
Adham manages to escape from a port in Ukraine. El-Shimy asks Nagi to smuggle him out of the country. Dalia broadcasts a new program where she sheds light on the shortcomings of the government.
Adham meets Fadi who helps him and takes him in. Hassan tries to break into the villa to claim his right. Adham calls his mother to assure her that he's alive and tells her that he has feelings for Fadi's sister, Nadine.
Adham seeks Mahrous's help to return to Egypt. Dalia is doing her utmost best to get Hassan out of prison.
The police are still chasing Adham and Fadi helps him hide. Nagi is enraged by Dalia's love for Adham to the extent that he beats her; Dalia leaves the house.
Nagi is shocked to learn that Dalia helped her uncle out of the mental asylum, so he searches for her at Hassan's house. Adham runs away after Sofia bluntly tells him that she wants them to have a secret relationship.
Adham rescues Morsi's son and Morsi is so impressed by Adham's courage that he proposes that Adham works for him. Meanwhile, Nadine rejects Seif because she loves Adham.
Nagi gives Shawqy a hundred thousand euros to have Adham murdered. However, Adham and Morsi collaborate to delude Nagi.
Adham returns from Ukraine to take revenge on Nagi. Bahgat makes use of the incident and portrays Adham as an international terrorist. Adham returns to Ukraine and becomes a cocaine dealer.
Adham strikes more cocaine deals to get more money. Meanwhile, Dalia travels to Ukraine to conduct an interview with an Egyptian fugitive: Adham.
Being extremely jealous, Seif has Adham kidnapped. Nadine and Adham get married. Dalia eventually manages to find Adham.
Seif tells Nadine that Adham is seeing another woman. Adham is being monitored during a smuggling operation. Abo Hagar threatens Nagi to hand over the privatization documents to the prosecution.
The head of the gang suspects that it's Morsi who is reporting to the police. Hassan is murdered and Nagi is suspected. Adham and Dalia get married, and Adham returns to Egypt upon learning about his father's death.
Adham plans on taking revenge against Nagi, but Bahgat tells him to slow down because Ibrahim Abo Hagar might be the murderer. Adham learns that Shawqy is somehow involved in murdering his father.
Shawqy admits to murdering Hassan. Adham and Morsi are arrested, and the authorities try to recruit Adham to work with them.
It turns out that Adham wasn't arrested by the police; it was the mob boss. Adham and the boss plan to expand the cocaine trade, and Adham decides to open a tourism company to camouflage the drug trade.
Upon knowing that Dalia is pregnant, Adham returns to Egypt and marries her officially. Nagi is trying to find a way to convict Adham. Adham, on the other hand, is busy trying to find the relation between Paolo and Seif.
Bahgat spreads a rumor that Adham's business is illegal immigration. Adham has no other option but to come clean with Mahrous about his drug-dealing business. Adham murders Morsi.
Dalia gives birth to a baby boy and they name him Hassan. Adham plots to get his uncle's factory. In Ukraine, Adham asks Mahrous to marry Flora, Morsi's widow.
Adham buys Morsi's restaurant. Abo Hagar learns that Nagi married his ex-wife. Seif finds out that his secretary has been working for Adham all this time.
Seif gets mad at Adham for ruining the transaction. To avenge, Seif hints to Nadine that Adham's money is suspicious. Moshieh requests from Adham 200 kilos of cocaine to be sent to Israel for 15 million euros and Adham agrees.
Nagi learns that Samira is hiding the privatization documents. Abo Hagar's immunity is lifted, and Bahgat asks the lawyer to have the property divided between himself -Nagi- and Bahgat.
Adham smuggles the money to Egypt and buys the factory and the villa. Hasib is appointed a Director-General. Amal insists on marrying Mahrous. Nadine comes to Egypt to reveal to everyone that she is Adham's wife.
Awatef, Dalia, and Youssef leave the villa and return to their apartment. Adham's tragic end occurs when he confesses all his crimes to the Egyptian embassy. Nadine commits suicide, and Adham returns to Egypt.
