Khalifa quarrels with his wife Mounira for her inability to conceive a child. Mounira's brother, Hamoud, learns that she loaned Khalifa a huge sum of money. Khalifa asks Abu Rashed (Rashed's father) to wed him his daughter, hoping to have an heir.
When Mar'oub tells Hamoud and Mounira that Khalifa wants to wed Abu Rashed's daughter, they ask him to monitor Khalifa. Hamoud urges his sister to look after her husband in order not to lose him to another woman.
Khalifa takes another wife and brings her to stay at Mounira's. Hamoud enlists the help of a sorcerer to help his sister. Eissa is upset when Khalifa fails to accomplish his deal with Abu Soliman (Soliman's father.)
When Khalifa loses his money, his wife Umm Badr (Badr's mother) blames him for not listening to his brother Eissa. When Mounira falls ill, Hamoud urges Khalifa to return her money back. Khalifa kicks out Eissa from the house and fires him from his job.
Abu Soliman gets married. Khalifa is shocked to receive the news of his brother Eissa's death, but it turns out that Eissa only traveled to Bahrain. In Bahrain, Eissa goes by the name Hareb as he searches for a job.
Hamoud and Abu Soliman's business is booming. Al-Noukhza (the sea captain) manages Khalifa's business and money. Mounira passes away.
Hamoud opens up a new company. Eissa resumes his job in Bahrain and he proves to be worthy of the trust of his business manager, who marries him his daughter. Hamoud asks Khalifa to return his late sister's money.
Eissa's wife gives birth to a baby boy, who grows up into a fine man. Khalifa becomes a famous businessman and marries a young girl, who soon falls pregnant. Khalifa works with Hamoud.
Khalifa's new wife tries to persuade him to divorce Umm Badr. Aisha travels to Kuwait to resume her studies. Eissa sends a letter to Khalifa, telling him that he is alive, and that Aisha is his daughter.
Hamoud learns that Abu Soliman passed away. Badr tells Nagat that Hamoud sold the factory and seized the money. Nagat is mad at Khalifa for his mistreatment of Aisha. Khalifa tells Nagat about his brother Eissa.
Khalifa divorces Nagat when he learns of her scheme to take over his money. Eissa returns home and visits his brother at the hospital. Khalifa passes away, and Hamoud is arrested on charges of forging Khalifa's signature and illegally selling the factory. Badr and Aisha get married.
