Saleh hangs out with a group of bad friends and they take drugs. Abu Saleh (Saleh's father) resents his son's neglect of his studies and returning home late, and blames his mother for spoiling him.

Saleh leaves the house after his father beat him after discovering that he has been absent from university for long periods. Saleh turns to his friend Saad, who decides to take revenge on Abu Saleh for being the reason for his father's imprisonment.

As Saleh returns home and apologizes to his father, he works in the company and marries Fatima, while his brother Ahmed travels to complete his studies abroad, and Abu Saleh dies.

Saad plots with Abbas to get close to Saleh again to seize his money and falsely claims that Abbas is ill and is on his deathbed, and he succeeds in his scheme.

Saleh loses all the company's money, and starts selling his property to spend on his friends and buy the drugs he takes.

Saleh's condition deteriorates and he is forced to steal his mother's jewelry in order to buy drugs, then his mother gets paralyzed. Abu Nasser places Saleh in a hospital for addiction treatment, and Ahmed returns and is surprised to find that their house has been sold.

As Ahmed promises his mother that he will get his father's company back, Saleh recovers from his addiction and decides to help the police catch drug dealers.
