Heshmat prepares for his last debate as he runs for the presidential elections of the USA and he eventually wins. As he delivers a speech, he is shot at but he miraculously survives thanks to his bulletproof vest.

As Hakan protests against Heshmat's violent practices, the latter throws him in prison. Meanwhile, the people of the neighborhood ask Hadota to mediate with Heshmat on their behalf and ask him to answer their demands.

Heshmat meets with his bodyguards and Hakan is released by presidential amnesty. People revolt against Heshmat just as he is going to take the Oath.

Heshmat is shocked that America's debts are exceedingly crippling and Hadota comes to the USA to give a hand. Heshmat learns that the bag that has the portfolio for nuclear operations is stolen.

Heshmat learns it's Sara who has stolen the bag. Heshmat's daughter goes live and pleads to the citizens to help her father find the bag.

Heshmat meets with the government officials to discuss lowering the expenditures, and he suggests holding a weight-loss competition to reduce the country's spending on food needs.

Heshmat imposes strict dieting and exercising regimes for everyone to follow in order to save a portion of the country's capital.

Heshmat is shocked when his son sets up a café at the White House, and he decides to add a new ministry to the cabinet; the Ministry of Happiness whose sole purpose is to bring joy to the Americans.

As the Korean president declares war on America, Heshmat sends his infantry troops who get bitterly defeated.

Heshmat enlists the help of the mafia to devise a plan to combat the Korean president, but he is shocked when the latter visits him at the White House.

Heshmat hires a humble director for a remake of the movie "The Godfather" and when Heshmat tries to get a part, the director discards the idea due to Heshmat's lack of any acting potential.

As the bitter anniversary of the September 11 events approaches, Heshmat devises a plan to secure the streets, but he receives a message threatening to blow up the World Trade Center. Heshmat meets with Walid, the mastermind who devised the plan, and their negotiations save the day and America.

A member of the American Congress submits a request to impeach Heshmat. Heshmat, meanwhile, meets with the poor of America in the White House to fulfill their needs, but he is kidnapped.
