This television series takes a different look towards indigent neighborhoods which have traditionally attracted blame for societal ills such as drug abuse, infidelity, prostitution and otherwise. However, this work departs from conventional approaches towards poverty ridden environments and thus attempts to arrive at a more realistic view.
