Thutmose agrees with Assem to falsely claim that Abdul Rahim wrote bad checks to them so that Abdul Tawab would pay them the money on behalf of his brother who sold his land and chose to marry Rahma and enter into a project with her brother Thutmose in which he lost his money.
Abdul Tawab dies following an accident, and his wife is taken to the hospital in critical condition. Rahma and Thutmose take advantage of the matter and take over Abdul Tawab’s house under the pretext of raising his son.
Rahma convinces her husband, Abdul Rahim, to seize the child Hamed’s money under the pretext of caring for him. Years pass and Hamed grows older, and as a result of Rahma’s bad treatment of him, he suffers a psychological crisis.
Abdul Rahim decides to let Hamed see a psychiatrist; Thutmose thinks about getting rid of Hamed; Rahma wishes to marry off her daughter to Thutmose's son.
Abdul Rahim is enraged when his wife sells the land's crop and buys a farm in her daughter's name. Hamed is shocked when he learns that Thutmose and Rahma sold his father's horses to Assem, so Thutmose decides to drive Hamed crazy to place him in a mental hospital.
Hamed asks Thutmose to hand him the keys to the safe, which makes Thutmose anxious because of switching the account books. Tamer agrees with Shaladim to implicate Hamed in the case of the murder of a peasant.
Nawara confirms Hamed's innocence of killing the peasant. Hamed quarrels with Nawara's brother and hits him in the head, after which Hamed is arrested.
Thutmose tells his daughter Nawara that her brother has dropped the complaint against Hamed, who is placed in a psychiatric hospital, and he meets Zaqzouq, who decides to help him solve his problem.
Rahma's daughter marries Saeed. Thutmose insists on Tamer marrying Nawara. The hospital doctor tells Abdul Rahim that Hamed does not suffer from any mental illness.
Tamer asks his father to let him go through with his marriage to Nawara. As Hamed attempts suicide, Dr. Allam decides to transfer him to another ward and asks Zaqzouq to monitor him.
Siddiq marries Safaa without his father Thutmose's knowledge, and the prosecution summons Nawara to identify the culprits in Hamed's case.
Abdul Rahim objects to Rahma's purchase of a farm in Tamer's name. Assem and Thutmose deceive Abdul Rahim into thinking that they have proved Hamed's innocence. Abdul Rahim considers confessing to the police that he stole Hamed's money.
The hospital director insists on placing Hamed in an individual ward due to his danger. Safaa is upset that a wedding is not held for her. Thutmose agrees with Assem to transport the horses from the farm to sell them.
Hadir tells her mother that she is pregnant and that Siddiq has seized a large sum of her money. Assem, in collusion with Thutmose, robs Abdul Rahim's safe, after which the latter suffers a heart attack and is taken to the hospital.
It's revealed that Thutmose and Rahma robbed the safe, and the latter tells her brother that she suspects Siddiq of cheating on her daughter, Hadir. Zaqzouq decides to teach Hamed the barbering profession so that he can work in the hospital. Safaa tells Siddiq that she is pregnant.
Abdul Rahim becomes paralyzed. As Safaa asks Siddiq to deposit a large sum of money in the bank to secure her life, he takes advantage of Hadir and takes the money from her. Nawara and Tamer’s wedding takes place.
Allam helps Hamed find work after his release from the hospital. Abdul Rahim's psychological condition worsens because of the neglect of Tamer and Rahma, while Assem agrees with his sister to exploit Thutmose.
Elham likes Hamed after he takes a job in her father Barham's shop, and the latter proposes that he marry Elham. Hadir tells Thutmose that Siddiq is marrying another. Nawara takes care of Abdul Rahim during his illness.
Nawara tells Abdul Rahim that Hamed has been discharged from the hospital and opened a barber shop. Tamer loses his money on the stock market. Hamed and Elham's wedding takes place, while Safaa gives birth.
Thutmose and Rahma decide to separate Hamed and his wife by telling her about his past in the mental hospital. Thutmose seeks to reopen the case of Hamed killing someone so that he can be sent back to the hospital.
Hamed tries to hide from Rahma and Thutmose. In court, Abdul Rahim confesses to everything Thutmose and Rahma did. Nawara hands over papers to the court proving that they stole Hamed’s money, after which the latter is released and lives with his uncle and his wife in his house.
