When Professor Khattar is shot at the university, Fawaz's family suspects Salah Habib of being the perpetrator. Khattar's mother Montaha and his sister Sarah are informed that Khattar has died. Fawaz vows revenge and decides to kill Salah's nephew, Bassam, at the same place Khatter was shot.
Janna breaks down when she learns that Khattar's family intends to kill her son. Farid tries to mediate and convince Fawaz to accept the bloodwite (diya), but the latter refuses. Sarah trains to use a gun to avenge her brother. Salah is angry that Farid tried to broker peace.
Fawaz recalls the day Salah Habib's son was killed after they had a fight over water. Nadine decides to break off her engagement to Bassam. Khattar's mother dies from grief. Bassam decides to flee. Eight months later, Gad has a fight with Nagy at a farm in Morocco.
Bassam visits Nadim at the farm to make a deal to buy the crops. Nadim asks Youssef to protect Gad from Nagy. Bassam asks Gad to work with him. As Nagy tries to kill Gad, Bassam and Youssef help Gad fight him off.
Sarah and her two cousins travel to Morocco to find Bassam. Fawaz is confident that Sarah will kidnap Bassam to take him back to Lebanon. Rania refuses to have a relationship with Walid. As Gad and Bassam spend the night at a club, Sarah keeps watch from a distance.
Sarah plots to seduce Bassam in order to kidnap him. Fawaz's men try to kill Salah Habib. Sarah apologizes to her father for leaving without his permission. Rania catches Gad's eyes at the nightclub.
Gad gives Rania his phone number. He also gives Bassam's number to Sarah behind Bassam's back. Salah attacks Fawaz. Walid tries to attack Gad after he saw him with Rania. Youssef asks Gad to forgive his mother, who married a young man then grew to rue the day that she married him.
Bassam agrees with Sarah to go on a tourist tour. Fawaz and his men break into Salah's villa. As they tie his men up, Fawaz vows to kill Salah but only after he gets his hands on Bassam. When Gad goes to Rania's house, Walid's men attack him.
Gad recovers at the hospital. Bassam informs Sarah that he is at the hospital with Gad. Salah decides to monitor Fawaz's daughter Sarah. Sarah refuses to use Walid to bring Bassam in and prefers to continue with her plan.
Walid monitors Bassam as he meets with Sarah at the nightclub. Fawaz grows concerned about Sarah. Walid tries to provoke a fight with Gad and Bassam. Salah and his men plant bombs in every location that Fawaz frequents. Fawaz miraculously survives the explosion.
Bassam tells Sarah that Khattar was his friend and that he is targeted by Fawaz's family despite his innocence. Sarah tells her cousins to prepare to kidnap Bassam. The three cousins make a deal with Walid to use his boat to transport Bassam to Lebanon.
Rania decides to run away with Gad. Bassam confesses his love to Sarah. Sarah recalls her brother's death and how her mother followed him in her grief. Walid shoots Gad. A mysterious car chases Bassam and Sarah's car.
Rania escapes from Walid's continued pursuit of her. Youssef takes Gad to the doctor to treat him. When Sarah passes out, Bassam takes her to the hospital, where he bears witness to her hallucinating in her sleep.
Sarah's cousins look for her and Bassam after they vanish. Sarah is torn between her feelings for Bassam and her desire for vengeance. Gad recovers, but remains ignorant of where Rania is.
Rania vanishes without a trace. As Sarah gets released from the hospital, she tells Abir that she can not fall for Bassam. Rania's mother breaks down in the face of her daughter's disappearance. Salah realizes that Bassam is in grave danger and sets out to help.
Walid prepares a box to transport Bassam. Salah calls Bassam to warn him about Sarah. Sarah's cousins attack Bassam while he and Sarah are at the port. As Bassam gets locked up on the boat, he is shocked to discover that Rania has been hiding on the same boat.
Sarah tells Bassam that she was forced to do what she did because she vowed to avenge her brother, but she could not stop herself from falling for him. Bassam's mother begs Fawaz to spare her son, but he kicks her out. Gad looks for Rania after he is released from the hospital.
Fawaz and his men celebrate Bassam's capture. Rania asks Bassam to help her to come up with a plan to save him. Sarah learns of Rania's disappearance. Bassam unties himself and attacks Sarah, but he ends up getting shot.
Sarah arrives in the harbor with her cousins and the box containing Bassam. When Fawaz opens the box, he is shocked to find Rania inside. Bassam escapes and slips into Sarah's car. As he threatens her, he reports Fawaz to the police.
Rania arrives in her family home in Lebanon. Bassam takes Sarah to her house to treat her from her injuries. As their families clash, Bassam ties Sarah up. Gad arrives in Lebanon and meets his mother, who asks for his forgiveness.
Bassam shares how he escaped from the boat with Sarah. Rania calls her aunt to assure her of her safety. Bassam tells Sarah that the only way to end the blood feud is to make peace. Gad lies in wait for his mother's husband. As he attacks him, the husband falls down the stairs.
Sarah tells Bassam that he will die to pay for her brother's murder. Bassam insists on finding a way to end the blood feud. Gad is shocked when Rania finds him at the cafe. As she shares what happened, the two decide to look for Bassam. Rania and Gad visit Salah and tell him everything.
Bassam takes Sarah to the university, where he asks her to kill him with a gun, but she refuses and runs away. Sarah goes to Bassam's house and confesses her love for him. The two decide to confront their families to put an end to the blood feud.
Bassam meets Fawaz and asks him to end the feud. Sarah asks to marry Bassam. Walid follows Gad and Rania until they arrive at Bassam's house. Walid attacks Gad, and Fawaz's men kidnap Bassam. Sarah turns herself in to Salah. The two families go head-to-head and eventually agree to end the feud.
