After a quarrel between them results in causing burns to her sister, Ghada is detained in a juvenile care institution, after which Dr. Ahmed, a social worker, is assigned to study her case. Dr. Ahmed begins his task despite the obstacles he faces from the domineering institution's director, Ms. Mona. He reveals facts about Ghada's relationship with her family, who abandoned her after the accident.
