As the mother is angry and does not want to cook, the girls are preparing for the exams. No one has been able to contact El Sebouei and his mother is sad. Azza and El Sebouei return and she is very angry with him.

When El Sebouei and his wife enter, Fushika hides so that Azza doesn't see him. As he goes to visit his mother, he brings everyone gifts from Tabarka. However, Suleiman discovers that he lost a thousand dinars, thinking that his psychological state is tense, affecting his relationship with his wife.

As Suleiman's family holds a celebration for the couple, Fadela tells them that she will prepare the baby shower for them. She goes to the market to buy fish, but she doesn't find any, so Suleiman asks El Baghi to bring a big fish for the celebration, but he goes fishing and comes with a small fish.

Azza's angry because Fadela opens the apartment door on them and she needs more privacy. El Baghi and Fushika try to influence El Sebouei so that Azza doesn't control him. As Azza prepares dinner for Suleiman's guests, Fadela is surprised to find delicious food as she's not used to Azza cooking.

Zeinab tries to influence Suleiman to build their own house in Cité Ennasr. Azza warns El Sebouei not to laugh again with Dalanda. An apartment in Jannat's property is vacant, and Azza quarrels with her because she did not rent it to her, so she tells her that she will leave the building.

Suleiman wants to sell the land in the countryside and buy a building land with the money to build the house. He also asks his mother to sell El Sebouei's land and borrow money from him.

Azza decides to go on a diet and cook cabbage soup, but El Sebouei gets angry with her. As for Suleiman, he searches for a land in Cité Ennasr to buy it and registers the rooftop in the name of El Sebouei so that he can build on top of Suleiman's house.

Azza encourages El Sebouei to go on a diet, but he gives in and eats, although he promised her not to eat stealthily, especially since Dalanda eats a lot in front of him. Azza can't stand the cabbage soup and begins to eat in Jannat’s house until El Sebouei discovers and they stop dieting.

Zeinab quarrels with Suleiman because he forgot their wedding anniversary. She discovers Suleiman bought flowers for Dalanda on the occasion of completing a year of work with him, so she decides to leave the house, but Fadela calms her down. Suleiman and El Sebouei go to sleep at Fushika and El Baghi's place.

When El Sebouei changes his clothing style, Suleiman gets angry with him because he looks unfit for the clinic. As El Tayeb invites them to dinner, El Sebouei is confused about what to wear, and everyone makes fun of him, even his wife. Fofa buys him a suit, he wears it, and becomes the most elegant one.

The residents are looking for a thief in the building. El Sebouei takes a bag of jewelry that he found, but wants to return it. El Jghal asks El Baghi about the bag, but he denies that he saw the gold. El Sebouei tells his mother, who in turn tells Suleiman, and returns the gold to El Jghal out of fear.

Azza accidentally hits El Sebouei in the eye and he wears glasses. Everyone wants to know the reason, but he does not tell anyone for fear of being mocked. Suleiman asks El Sebouei to build the clinic on top of the house, but he refuses, as his mother told him.

El Sebouei tells Jannat that Azza is pregnant and she rejoices a lot at the news and tells everyone, but Azza tells them El Sebouei is lying, so they get angry at him and Azza throws him out. As he stays at Fushika's house, the family searches for him. When they find out where he is, they become indifferent.

A woman named Diamonta goes to visit her daughter in Jannat's building, and she works as a fortune-teller. Jannat agrees with El Sebouei and Fushika on a scheme to exploit Diamonta in order to get her clients for herself.

Jannat quarrels with Diamonta the fortune-teller because she will take her clients from her, but she decides to assume her identity and takes every client. El Sebouei quarrels with Suleiman, and Dalanda tries to calm the situation.

Azza gets a strong headache and tells Jannat that she can't stand it and goes to sleep. She screams in El Sebouei's face; as a result, he is sad, and his leg is injured, but she does not believe him. Suleiman's daughter asks to bring her friend home to study with her.

Zeinab, his daughter and Fofa try to convince Suleiman to eat pastries from the street, but he refuses. Hamza goes to the revision at Suleiman's house. El Sebouei takes cinema tickets from Dalanda and sells them to El Baghi in exchange for giving him a movie to watch at home.

As Zeinab is looking for a maid, Suleiman objects, but she insists and does not find any suitable one. Fushika leaves work with El Baghi and asks Jannat to appoint him a guard for the building, and she agrees in exchange for him to live in the apartment for free.

As Fushika sells sweets in front of his apartment, Jannat objects and he quarrels with El Baghi because of his bike. Dalanda asks for a loan on her salary, but Zeinab refuses and takes the money to bring a maid. As Fadela starts studying adult education, Suleiman is angry because her teacher drives her home.

As El Sebouei drives his mother to school, she asks him not to tell Suleiman that he dropped her off. A woman comes to work in Suleiman's house, and Zeinab meets her and agrees with her. Suleiman and El Sebouei meet their mother's teacher and find him a good man.

The new maid comes and Fadela goes to school every day. Suleiman's angry because he's afraid his mother'll marry the teacher. Fadela decides to go to the theater with the teacher, Douja and Housi, her friend. Si El Fadel surprises everyone that he got married; Suleiman rejoices and welcomes him.

Azza quarrels with El Sebouei, just as Fofa quarrels with El Tayeb and goes to Suleiman’s house and sleeps with Zeinab in her room. Fadela reconciles between Azza and El Sebouei. Fofa’s husband comes to the clinic and tells him that the reason for the quarrel is that she saw him with a woman in a café.

Zeinab's cousin comes to visit Suleiman, who is jealous over her because her cousin wanted to marry her earlier. As for El Sebouei, he has toothache, cannot eat and does not go to the doctor because he is afraid of him. Fofa meets the man and they decide to go to Hammamet to stay up late.

When Azza quarrels with El Sebouei and hates the smell of food, Jannat thinks she is pregnant. Kulthum becomes friends with Zeinab and tells her everything and asks Jannat to foretell her fortune. Azza goes with El Sebouei to Suleiman's house and does the pregnancy test, which shows she is pregnant.

Azza craves and asks El Sebouei to bring her food from his mother’s house. Fadela decides to name the baby Imran. Azza takes Suleiman’s pie because she likes it, she also asks El Sebouei for weird things at night.

Kulthum asks Fadela to speak to Suleiman so that he can find her a job. Zeinab also goes to buy a gift for her mother on Mother's Day. El Sebouei asks Azza to give him money to buy a gift for his mother, but he manages to deceive El Baghi and buy her a prayer rug.

Zeinab wants to celebrate Suleiman's fiftieth birthday. Amany goes to Jannat to foretell her fortune and see if she will succeed or not. Kulthum's husband talks to Suleiman about building a house. Suleiman buys medicine for his hair so that it grows and he looks younger.

As Amany is having the baccalaureate exam, her family gives her a lot of food to strengthen her memory. She goes to the exam without El Baghi seeing her because he is a bad omen. Suleiman goes to Jannat to foretell his daughter's fortune. El Sebouei wears a mask and frightens Azza.

Wasim goes to Suleiman to buy a car from him and admires Dalanda, who also likes him. Everyone is waiting for the baccalaureate result, and Amany is afraid, but she succeeds. Everyone goes to congratulate her and El Sebouei buys refreshments. Hamza did not succeed; he reenters the exam and Amany helps him.

Wasim goes to Suleiman and asks him to get engaged to Dalanda. Amany goes out with Hamza, as their relationship has begun to deepen. Suleiman asks El Sebouei to give him a son to adopt, but he refuses.
