Jawaher is taken to the hospital and falls into a coma. As Zuwaina believes that she has passed away, she rejoices and tells Sheikh Mutlaq and Hamad's mother.

Hamad tells his parents that Jawaher is in a coma. The doctor who is treating her discovers that she is pregnant, and worries about her health.

Zuwaina visits Jawaher in the hospital and gloats over her condition, but Jawaher wakes up from her coma, insists on not going back to Hamad and asking for a divorce, and also learns that she is pregnant.

Jawaher asks Jassem to intercede and help her get a divorce from Hamad, but the latter refuses. Zuwaina tells Hamad’s mother that she is pregnant too, and she agrees with El Anoud to get close to Jassem to marry him. Meanwhile, Nawaf divorces his wife to marry Jawaher after her divorce.

Hamad tries to contact Jawaher, but she refuses. As Zuwaina learns about the matter, she asks Nawaf to tell her about her relationship with Hamad.

As Jawaher's mother dies, Mutlaq and Majed offer their condolences and try to persuade Jawaher to return with them. Zuwaina tells Hamad that someone has stolen her jewelry. Jassem agrees to marry El Anoud.

Jassem gets engaged to El Anoud. As Zuwaina accuses Luluwa of robbing her, Majed searches her house, whereupon he insists on her leaving with Khalaf. Hamad asks them to go to Jawaher's father's tribe.

Hamad offers his condolences to Jawaher and tries to make her happy. Luluwa tells Wadha that Zuwaina is not pregnant. Khalaf complains about Nawaf's bad treatment of him. Jassem prepares for the wedding.

Hamad discovers that Zuwaina lied about her pregnancy, and informs his parents of the matter. Sheikh Mutlaq suspects that Zuwaina has made up the story about the theft for Hamad in order to keep a lid on the matter of her pregnancy.

Jawaher feels tired and is taken to the hospital to deliver her first child. Majed brings good news to Sheikh Mutlaq about the birth of his first grandson. Zuwaina decides to devise a plan to separate Hamad and Jawaher.

When Sheikh Mutlaq discovers Zuwaina's false accusation against Khalaf, he asks his son Hamad to divorce her, and to return Khalaf and Luluwa to work for him.

As Hamad's mother asks to see her grandson, Hamad brings him to her, and he lives with him, but Jawaher is worried about him from Zuwaina, whom Sheikh Mutlaq suspects of having a mental illness, and asks her father to take her to a psychiatrist.

Zuwaina enters a psychiatric hospital due to suffering from schizophrenia. Jassem suggests that Sheikh Mutlaq force Jawaher to return with his grandson to his home, but Mutlaq falls ill and is taken to the hospital.

Sheikh Mutlaq grows more ill. Jawaher's father tries to persuade her to stay in Hamad's house. In agreement with Nawaf, Zuwaina spreads the rumor of Jawaher's love for him, and that she does not want to return to Hamad in order to be with Nawaf.

Jassem gets angry when he learns of Zuwaina's false claim that there is a relationship between Jawaher and Nawaf. Zuwaina asks Hamad to divorce Jawaher, and tries to sow doubt in his heart towards her.

Hamad discovers that Zuwaina has phoned Nawaf and agreed with him on Jawaher's divorce. Hamad decides to divorce Zuwaina, and the latter enters the psychiatric hospital again.

Everyone is surprised by Sheikh Mutlaq's desire to marry Wadha. Hamad is upset as his mother will be hurt if she finds out. Majed tells Hamad that Zuwaina is pregnant.

Hamad's mother agrees on Mutlaq's marriage to Wadha. Khalaf stipulates that Hamad divorces Jawaher.

As Sheikh Mutlaq and Wadha's wedding takes place, Hamad's mother insists on attending, hiding the fact that she's overwhelmed by feelings of helplessness and sadness.
