Dr. Fatima works in forensic medicine. She resolves a conflict between two families and proves the innocence of a young girl. She is divorced and has a son, Moataz, who hides his suspicious work with Dr. Adel’s father. Her colleague, Dr. Hassan, is in an unhappy marriage.

Fatima examines a corpse, takes a sample from the victim’s son Suleiman, and informs the public prosecutor. Suleiman suspects Dr. Sharif and accuses him of the murder, but the police and Fatima arrive just in time.

Moataz becomes involved in a fight at the hospital and a report is filed against him. Fatima discovers new evidence in the case of Ragab Abu Suleiman and informs the prosecution, which finds blood in Sharif’s clinic. Sharif and Suleiman are arrested, and Sharif confesses to the crime.

Dr. Adel and his partner, Lubna, smuggle counterfeit drugs through customs. He visits his sister, Aida, to see his son, Moataz, and take the car key. Fatima receives the body of a child showing signs of abuse.

After the incident, Moataz returns to university and accompanies his friend, Ayman, and father, Adel, to start their firm job. Fatima worries and consults Fadi when the prosecution summons Moataz. Fatima finds the child's abuser, who is the father, who has beaten and dumped the body in the street.

Fatima is thrilled when Adel resolves Moataz's court matter. She discovers her son hid a car and asks him to live with his father, causing him to leave angrily. Fadi tells Fatima about a new autopsy body. Lubna finds out Moataz is Adel's son when Adel gives him the corporate key.

Fatima requests to attend the investigation of Narges' case with the public prosecutor. Adel asks his son, Moataz, to apologize to Lubna and improve his behavior toward her. Anwar causes trouble with his false reports. Fatima tries to understand Hassan’s changed behavior toward her, but he avoids her.

Moataz leaves the house, causing Fatima to collapse emotionally and take a leave of absence. Lubna and Moataz have breakfast outside the company. Hassan helps reconcile Moataz with his mother.

Fatima receives a headless body, which the police later recover. Lubna convinces Moataz to reconcile with his mother, so he returns home. Hassan submits the desert victim's report, and Fatima advises him to stay in Egypt and not travel abroad.

Moataz contacts Hassan to arrange a meeting with Lubna regarding a new job and asks him to keep it secret from his mother. Hassan leaves the house and tells his daughter that he divorced her mother. Lubna meets Moataz and offers him a position in her new laboratory, which he accepts.

Fatima discovers that the killer is Sabry, the husband of the victim’s sister, and he confesses, closing the case. She is assigned to examine three burned bodies with Hassan’s help after his return. Lubna asks Adel to assign her company’s accounts to Moataz instead of Kamal.

Hassan visits his daughter, Nada. Moataz receives Lubna’s company files, shocking him with their size. Lubna decides to end her relationship with him, which makes him sad. Shorouq discovers Ayman’s relationship with Lubna and becomes furious. Hassan rushes home to care for his ailing ex-wife.

Moataz returns to Lubna, who tells him the secret of her cooperation with Adel against her husband, Raafat. Fatima examines the burned apartment and uncovers that the victim’s husband, a diamond dealer, is the killer.

The victim’s husband admits that a diamond gang killed his family and that he burned the apartment to cover up the crime, closing the case. Fatima is promoted and assigned a drowning case. Nada accuses Fatima of causing her parents' divorce, but she denies it, and the investigation into the drowning begins.

Hassan surprises Fatima on her birthday in coordination with her mother, but Moataz is annoyed by his presence. Fatima is promoted to Assistant Chief Forensic Doctor, angering Anwar while delighting her colleagues. Fatima visits Hassan to congratulate him on his new job.

Moataz meets Lubna at a chalet in Ain Sokhna. Lubna abducts her son despite his father’s threats and assigns Hassan to manage the laboratory.

The public prosecutor learns the results of the analysis from Fatima. Hassan warns Moataz about Lubna. Fayza files a maintenance case against Hassan, which remains unresolved. Raafat freezes Lubna's bank account after discovering her relationships and secret accounts.

Fatima investigates a desert murder while Samar, Hassan's daughter, has a mental breakdown and his ex-wife forbids her from seeing him. Fatima comforts him and begins the next body autopsy. Tarek searches for Lubna after she leaves home and company. Fatima brings back Moataz with his friend Ayman.

After Raafat identifies Lubna's body at the morgue, investigations start. Following the news, Moataz collapses and flees home for his father's company, where Adel, Fatima, and his aunt find him and bring him home. Hassan, his lawyer, advises him to meet Raafat and be honest about everything he knows.

Naema, Lubna’s cousin, attends the funeral and informs Raafat that Lubna’s son, Karim, is with her. Lubna’s sister arrives from the Gulf and requests to take care of the child. Raafat appoints his son, Tarek, as executive director.

Raafat leaves Lubna’s son in the care of his aunt. Fatima takes on the case of the murder of two sisters. Moataz accuses Raafat of killing Lubna and reconciles with Ayman. During the search of Lubna’s apartment, the prosecution prevents Fatima from continuing the case and refers it to another expert.

Abdel Latif assures Fatima that she is still responsible for Lubna’s case. Raafat's men assault Moataz after accusing him of murder. Raafat threatens Adel and expels him from his company. Abdel Latif punishes Nashwa for a false report, while Ayman confesses his love to Shorouq.

After questioning the summoned individuals, Fatima gets frustrated with Hassan for not telling her about Moataz's professional relationship with Lubna, which he says was how he met her. Nashwa takes time off work after surgery. Kamal is arrested for selling Lubna's diamond bracelet at a jewelry store.

Hassan confesses his love for Fatima, but she rejects him. Kamal is imprisoned for 15 days due to his professional connection with Lubna and the bracelet, then released. Shaaban admits to stealing Lubna’s gold.

Adel is detained for four days in connection with Lubna’s case. Abdel Latif refuses Fatima’s withdrawal from the case. Hassan asks Moataz to reassure his daughter about the nature of his work with Lubna, so Moataz contacts her. Moataz begins working at the company and asks Kamal to assist him.

Adel tries to prove his innocence in the murder, and Fatima, the public prosecutor, receives evidence of Adel’s innocence. She argues with Moataz, who reveals his past relationship with Lubna, leading Fatima to suspect that Moataz might be involved in Lubna’s murder.

Fatima resigns and tells the prosecutor she killed Lubna, but no one believes her. Abdel Latif requests verification, but it proves futile. Fatima is imprisoned, and her photos are published in the newspapers. Raafat learns the news from the papers and objects to the prosecution.

Fatima reenacts the crime before the public prosecutor in Lubna and Adel’s office. Hassan meets Raafat and explains the details of the analysis laboratory. Moataz tells Hassan that Lubna’s husband is the real killer. Moataz confesses his relationship with Lubna to the prosecutor.

The public prosecutor questions Fatima and informs her that Moataz confessed to his romantic relationship with Lubna. Hassan analyzes Raafat’s DNA, which matches Lubna’s fingernail prints, and Moataz’s tests also match. Moataz confesses to Raafat his love and relationship with Lubna.

Major Wael and Moataz discover Raafat's movements on Lubna's death day and prevent Jaber from traveling, leading to his arrest and a reconciliation report. Fatima recovers from a diabetic coma. Fatima returns to normal life after Raafat is imprisoned and Hassan approves Nada's engagement to Moataz.
