Omar reclaims the villa and lives in it with Malika, who prepares sweets for the engagement of her daughter to El Tayeb. Farida treats Manal well, especially since she's in her last month of pregnancy. Nabil is jealous of El Tayeb as his father depends on him in everything. Saeed is still in jail.

Saeed gets out of prison and goes to Ashour to ask him for help, but he refuses. As Nawal gives birth, the newborn dies, while Nabil accuses her of negligence and gets angry with her. Bushra happily holds her engagement party to El Tayeb.

When Omar visits Manal in the hospital, he finds Farida there, and she tries to talk to him and asks him to forgive her. Bushra also visits Manal and comforts her. Saeed's daughter is looking for her father everywhere and goes to the police station to file a report.

Saeed escapes paying for the hotel because he has no money, while the officer goes to look for him there and asks the employee to report him when he sees him. Saeed is still looking for work. Omar decides to search for his daughter, Sania, in Madrid, while Farid mends his relationship with his wife.

El Tayeb discovers that Fouad stole a large sum of money from the company, so he expels him, while Nabil gets angry because Fouad is his friend, feeling that El Tayeb is responsible for everything and that he is useless. Omar finds Sania's address in Spain and decides to travel to see her.

Halim books Omar a hotel near the café where Sania works. Omar tells Farida that he's traveling to find his daughter. In Madrid, Omar meets Halim, who introduces him to Sania's friend, who rejoices as she learns he's her friend's dad. Saeed is in a very poor condition due to lack of money and work.

Sania's friend tells Omar that his daughter has fallen into the hands of a drug trafficking gang working among Algeria, France, and Spain, and that she traveled to Algeria four days ago. Saeed's daughter goes to the hospital where Bushra works and tells her what happened to her over the past years.

Nabil devises a plan to remove El Tayeb from the company, while Fouad helps him in that. Ashour decides to recover what he lost because of Saeed. Khaled proposes to Kenza, who likes him and wants to say yes. El Tayeb is confused about Nabil and uncomfortable with his behavior.

Nabil steals files from El Tayeb's office in order to implicate him in a theft. El Tayeb tells his sister, Kenza, about the suitor who asked for her hand and that he agrees, but she gets angry because she loves Khaled. Omar goes to the governorate where Sania is to look for her.

The girl agrees with the gang that she only came to take Sania to her father, but someone tries to kill her, and she tells him the police will arrest them. The gang detains Omar when he gives them money to take Sania. The police interrogate El Tayeb due to the forged invoices, much to Farid's joy.

Omar begs the girl to tell him if his daughter, Sania, is with them or not, and then he asks one of the gang members to let him go, but to no avail. The officer accuses El Tayeb of fraud and forgery, while Bushra is very worried about him, whereas Farid is happy.

El Tayeb is released from the police station after he's proved innocent, and the officer apologizes to him, while his mother and Bushra rejoice at his return. Omar is still being held by the drug gang and is unable to contact anyone. As Nawal returns to her parents' house, Farid does not want her.

Ten days pass and Omar is still in the unknown place, waiting to come out and meet his daughter, Sania. Farid fabricates a picture of El Tayeb with a girl and shows it to Bushra, who gets angry and confronts him, but he denies knowing anything about the picture. Saeed washes cars at a gas station.

Nabil agrees with Fouad's friend to pretend to be El Tayeb's mistress, call Bushra, and tell her to stay away from him; moreover, she sends her fake photos of her with him. El Tayeb wonders who this girl is and why she's doing so, after which she calls him to schedule a meeting with him.

As the girl meets El Tayeb in a café, Bushra sees them, confronts El Tayeb, and leaves, after which the girl takes the money from Nabil and leaves. The police storm the drug gang headquarters, setting Omar free and arresting some traffickers.

Omar returns to his home after the officer assured him that he'll find his daughter. Nabil tells Omar about El Tayeb's theft, as well as his cheating on his sister, Bushra, but Omar doesn't believe him. Nawal asks Bushra to give El Tayeb a chance to explain why he met the girl, but she refuses.

Omar feels sad for El Tayeb and doesn't want to wrong him. As El Tayeb is still in prison, his mother and sister visit him, and he tells Kenza that he forgot about Bushra when she accused him of cheating. Omar goes again to the borders to see what the guards have done about his daughter, Sania.

Nawal discovers the truth when she hears Nabil talking to his mother about the pictures he fabricated for El Tayeb to prove to Bushra that he's unfaithful, in addition to altering the files that caused his imprisonment. El Tayeb is released from prison and visits Bushra in the hospital.

El Tayeb and Bushra get back together after the truth is revealed, while everyone learns that Nabil is the one who plotted everything. Omar enters into a bad psychological condition when he sees Sania's body in the mortuary, whereupon he admonishes Farida for asking for a divorce.
