As the owner of the Tora Tara Production Company receives a famous Turkish actor, the female employees take pictures with him, while they complain that Turkey is building dams that prevent the Euphrates from flowing.

As the tax officer goes to collect the tax from the Tora Tara Company, the manager tries to bribe him, but he refuses because the amount is not attractive enough.
