Hala discovers that Rifaat's mother is planning to marry him to another woman because she can't have children. Rifaat succeeds in obtaining illegal funds and invites Hala to dinner. Rifaat's mother asks him to come with her to meet the new bride.
As Rifaat insists on rejecting the second marriage, he decides with Hala to go to a doctor to examine her. Hala decides to try IVF, and Rifaat tries to find the necessary money.
As Rifaat goes with Hala to the hospital, Rifaat's mother tries to find out where the hospital is. Hala gives birth to a boy and spends all of her time with him, and then gives birth to a second son.
Hala discovers that she has been giving birth to twins every time, and her husband was selling one child and leaving her the other. As Hala leaves the house with her children, everyone is looking for her; she has a nervous breakdown and files a report, but the police ignore it.
Hala tries to find any evidence of her sold children, and she goes to Mr. Riad to ask him about one of them; he tries to deal with the situation and she takes him with her. Rifaat gets evicted from the house.
Rifaat tries to speak with Hala at home. Uncle Ramadan tries to find out the whereabouts of the imprisoned broker who sold her children. Hala tries to deal with her disabled son and to negotiate with the broker.
The broker tells Hala that her daughter was sold to Hazem Khashaba, and Ali, Rifaat’s brother, goes to him, but Hazem stands up to him. Rifaat's mother feels that she is on the verge of death. Hala insists on meeting Hazem.
After Hala is thrown out from Hazem's office, she files a report against him with Ramadan, and the officer tries to deal with the situation; Hazem is summoned for investigation.
Hala goes to the school where her daughter, who lives with Hazem, studies, but Hazem takes her. The broker gets out of prison and Rifaat tries to make a deal with him.
As Hazem visits Hala to negotiate with her, she records his confession that Yasmine is not his daughter. Hala finds a woman called Hub El Ruman in Alexandria who has two of her children. Ali disguises himself as an Upper Egyptian to deal with the doctor himself.
Hala travels to Alexandria and devises a plan to try to infiltrate the ring of Hub El Ruman who trades children; Hala succeeds in reaching her den and tries to win her favor.
Rifaat tries to reconcile with his mother but to no avail; Ali tries to intervene to reconcile them. Hala succeeds in stealing the recordings that help her retrieve her children from Hub El Ruman.
Hala becomes trapped with Hub El Ruman who tells her that she killed one of her sons and sold his organs; Hala manages to escape. Rifaat kills the broker.
Rifaat lies in the hospital after his accident, and his mother dies. Hala tries to find her last son's whereabouts after the death of the broker. Hala finds herself in a difficult situation as she deals with her daughter, and how to tell her the truth.
As Hala works on getting closer to her daughter, who lives in another house with Hazem's wife, the situation gets complicated when the girl has to choose between living with her real mother or with Hazem's wife.
