Sameh wants to marry Hend, in spite of the big social differences between them, which makes her father Hamed object as he wants her to marry Dr. Adel.

Sameh proposes to Hend's father but he rejects him. Hend argues with her father because of it.

Sameh insists on marrying Hend and prepares a small flat for their marriage.

The wedding takes place and Sameh refuses to take a cheque from Hamed and he asks Hend to return her car to her father.

Hend accuses Sameh of having an inferiority complex when he refuses to go and live at her parents' villa.

Hend and Sameh move into another apartment and turn the old one into a clinic for Hend.

Sameh objects that Hend becomes a partner at the hospital of her father.

Dr. Adel tries to trigger feuds between Hend and Sameh. Hend is struggling with running the clinic.

Sameh accuses Hend with negligence for missing his concert but they make up.

Hend leaves home after an argument with Sameh but returns back. Dr. Adel makes Sameh join the hospital to work at the department of musical therapy.

Hend closes the old clinic and Sameh works at a night club to cover their expenses.

Hend refuses to have kids because of their prior agreement to postpone it and she asks for a divorce.

Sameh is fired from his job at the school because of his work in the night club. He refuses to divorce Hend.

Sameh is offered a chance to travel to Paris. Hend becomes pregnant and Sameh thinks she's having an affair with Adel.

Hend gets sick and has a miscarriage and Sameh thinks it was on purpose and fights with her.

Hend travels with Adel to a medical conference abroad and police interrogates her for traveling without her husband's approval.

Adel tries to persuade Hend to marry him after getting a divorce. Hend accuses Sameh of having a weak personality and he refuses to set her free.

Hend's parents file a divorce case against Sameh and he divorces her and decides to travel abroad. Hend discovers that Adel only wanted to have control over the hospital. Hend tries to go after Sameh but he already left.
