Hamed plans to appoint Assem at the council in a move that comes at Osman's expense. Hamed decides to have the wedding of Mady and Ra'faat at the same day. Osman refuses to work under Assem.
Osman discovers that Hamed decided to return his property to him. Hamed tries to persuade Bosaina to stay with him in the estate. The arguments between Assem and Osman resume. Salwa wants Hamed to write the factory over to her.
Assem asks Osman for Nahid's hand for his son Mady. Olfat meets a woman in prison called Warda, who promises to save her from execution. Mady discovers that Nahid is a materialistic person.
Assem decides to run in the People's Assembly elections.
Hamed goes to the lawyer to write his will and he gives back the property to Osman. The writing of Hamed's will causes trouble with everyone.
Warda and Harbiyeh carry out the plan to save Olfat from execution. Olfat calls Assem from prison.
Bakry tries to persuade Ra'faat to fix his issues with Salwa. Mady marries Bosaina. Rady fights with Assem and threatens to kill him. Souad asks Salwa to return to Ra'faat.
Ra'faat feels remorse for disobeying his grandfather. Ra'faat feels angry with Salwa whom he thinks is after his farm.
Ra'faat buys a bridal jewelry gift for Salwa and asks her to forgive him. Mady and his sister plot to carry out their plan to save their mother on Salwa and Ra'faat's wedding night.
Mady steals the prosecution's summon of Bahgat in Saad's murder case, and discovers that if the prosecution finds that he stole the summon, he will be arrested.
Salwa marries Ra'faat and Hamed remembers his daughter, Nahid. The court rules in Olfat's favor and she is acquitted of the charges of murder and theft of checks.
Olfat returns home after the ruling of her innocence and decides to take revenge on the Gharbawi family. Olfat fights with Mady's wife and plans to change the will of Al-Gharbawi.
Olfat orders her son Mady to divorce his wife and makes him choose between obeying her or obeying his grandfather Hamed Al-Gharbawi.
Olfat blackmails Assem and threatens to leak the case file of the interdiction case which can hurt his chances in the election. Olfat makes it look like Bahgat betrayed Assem who fires him from the factory.
Mady decides to divorce his wife. Salwa finds out that Bahgat was fired. Assem is killed and Hamed falls into a coma when he finds out.
Hamed wakes up after 20 days. Olfat sends a copy of her marriage certificate to Assem, who wed her an hour before his death, to Hamed's house. Bosaina tells Mady that Olfat killed their father.
Hamid returns home. Osman discovers that Hamed is grooming Ra'faat to be the head of the family. Olfat tells Bosaina and Mady that she did not kill their father.
Ra'faat finds out that Salwa is pregnant. Salwa forgets to give Hamed his medication, and Osman receives the revenue from the corn crop.
Olfat tells Hamed's family that she married Assem before he died. Bahgat discovers that Olfat plans to change the will and seize Salwa's share.
Olfat tries to get close to Hamed and implicate Amal in Assem's murder. Ra'faat saves Osman from merchants who tried to attack him.
Bahgat trails Nagy to find out who killed Assem. Amal is summoned to the prosecution and charged with Assem's murder. Olfat tries to convince Hamed that Bahgat killed Assem.
Amal finds out that Assem married Olfat before his death. Amal fights with Olfat. The police arrest Nagy for robbing Bahgat.
Bahgat frames Nagy to force him to reveal what happened to Assem. Olfat tells Ra'faat that Bahgat killed Assem.
Bahgat suspects that Harbiyeh is involved in Assem's murder. Hamed tells Salwa that he's certain that Olfat is involved in Assem's death.
Warda is arrested at the airport but she finds out that her bag was switched with another passenger's.
Olfat goes out at the middle of the night and Amal tells Hamed about it. Hamed throws Olfat out.
Olfat finds out that Harbiyeh and Warda are smuggling drugs. Hamed decides to give the land in Tanta to Mady.
Olfat submits documents that prove that Bahgat is stealing from the factory. Nagy accuses Bahgat of stealing.
The police arrest Bahgat for Assem's murder. Ra'faat vows to deprive Salwa of her son. Hamed throws Mady out.
Amal confesses to Hamed that she killed Assem by accident. Hamid throws Nahid out and spreads a rumor that he sold all his property to Salwa.
When Salwa miscarries, Ra'faat suspects that she purposely aborted the baby. Harbiyeh threatens to kill Olfat and she tells him where she hid the drugs.
Mady assaults Nahid and divorces her. Harbiyeh forces Mady to write his land over to him. The police release Bahgat and Amal.
Hamed is called in to investigate the case of his covering up for Warda and Ra'faat gets implicated in the case. Hamid tells Olfat that he never bought into her lies.
Olfat blackmails Hamid using evidence that proves Ra'faat's innocence of the drug charges. Rady tells Osman that Hammad is the one who killed Assem. Ra'faat is released.
Mady and Ra'faat save Olfat from Harbiyeh when he comes to kill her. Hammad admits that he killed Assem to avenge his father. Hammad accidentally kills Olfat. Ra'faat returns to Salwa and Mady returns to Nahid.
