Mahrous resents the domineering behavior of his wife Modi, who refuses the marriage of her daughter Mona to Falih, and tries to convince her to marry Mansour because of his wealth.

Sadiq is promoted to head of a department in the company where Falih and Mahrous work. Badr arrives from a trip and meets his parents, but he is unable to tell them about his marriage to the foreigner Lisa.

Falih informs Badr of the necessity of returning the goods to the warehouses so that his father will not be accused of misappropriation. Falih reveals Sadiq's forgery of the goods' disbursement orders. Mahrous quarrels with Mansour and forces him to divorce Mona.

Falih decides to quit working with Badr and Sadiq; Mona refuses to marry Falih; Mahrous causes Adel to be arrested and imprisoned.
