As Masoud suggests that his son Salem should marry, Salem tells him that he wants to pursue a doctoral degree, which upsets his stepmother, Modhi, especially since her daughter did not get a doctorate. Mona remains sad because she is unable to conceive.

Badr informs his wife of his work in real estate. Modhi urges her daughter Mona to leave her husband's house. Frank arrives at Kuwait airport with the drug shipment, smuggling it in the jacket.

Muhammad's mom gets sick and is taken to the hospital. Abu Suleiman's wife asks him to sign over his property to her future child. Salem rebukes Suleiman for his drug addiction and warns him that it’ll ruin his future. Masoud works with Frank without knowing about his involvement in dealing drugs.

Altaf tries to persuade Mona to return to her husband Muhammad, but her mother refuses. Suleiman borrows money from Salem to buy drugs. Frank tries to persuade Masoud to grant him a power of attorney to import work supplies, using it to bring drugs into the country.

Modhi incites her daughter to ask for a divorce from Muhammad and marry her cousin. When Suleiman dies in a tragic accident, his father discovers his drug addiction.

Masoud marries another woman without Modhi's knowledge. The police are still searching for Salem to investigate Suleiman's killing and find out the people who are distributing drugs.

Muhammad is transferred to Riyadh and says farewell to his parents. Masoud advises his daughter to return to her husband Muhammad. Modhi insists that Salem leave her home. Frank manages to befriend Salem in order to use him in distributing drugs.

Muhammad starts his new job in the Drug Enforcement Administration, and discovers a relationship between Masoud and Frank, while Mona tells her father about it to take precautions.

Frank quarrels with the drug dealer Othman, and tells him that he’s being watched by the police. Muhammad interrogates Masoud and tells him that Othman is dealing drugs.

Muhammad investigates the case and discovers Othman has left the country. Mona miscarries her first baby. As Salem returns from abroad, Frank receives him after making sure that the police have not arrested him.

The police arrest Masoud and begin to interrogate him, whereupon he’s accused of drug trafficking, and the Colonel informs him about his relationship with Frank and Mushtaq. Modhi discovers that Masoud's married to another.

Badr discovers that the office boy puts drugs in the drinks at the office; meanwhile, his son has an accident in the street. The Colonel releases Masoud, so that he can entrap the rest of the gang.

Modhi asks Masoud to forgive her and promises him to treat Salem well. Muhammad agrees with Salem to entrap Frank and his helpers as soon as possible.

After Salem cooperates with Muhammad, the police manage to capture Frank, whereupon Masoud is acquitted.
