Wagdy's factory is seized and he dies of grief, but his friend Shawkat helps his family and appoints his son Saher in his company. Meanwhile, Saher is jealous of Wahid, the son of the messenger Desouky, because of his superiority over him in college, and conflicts begin between Shawkat's company and Wagdy's old factory.
