Dr. Soliman is a womanizer who lies to Omnia and tells her that he is married to a disreputable woman whom he wants to divorce. When Omnia asks to meet his wife, he asks the nurse Jehan to pretend to be his wife and asks his friend Za'tar to help him show her shadiness.
