Fawzia suspects that Seyam is in a relationship with another. As Seyam becomes the Deputy Director-General, he becomes bound by his promise to Maged to fast the month of Ramadan; he begins to learn from him how to fast. Zubeida thinks that her husband will marry another.

Fawzia tells Seyam that Selim is getting married. As Seyam tells Fawzia that Kamal might get back at him, Kamal asks Sa'eed to file a complaint against Seyam. Abdo asks Shahira to turn her account in Selim's bank into a checking account, so she knows who wants to marry her.

As Rafqi goes to advise Sa'eed not to file a complaint against Seyam, Kamal changes his mind. When Tahany asks Sa'eed to leave Seyam alone, he accuses her of threatening him. After Seyam reproaches Tahany, she falls unconscious.

When Seyam asks Selim about what Zubeida said, he denies that he's getting married. Seyam tells him that Shahira was asking all the employees if Selim got married. As Fawzia, Zubeida, and Shahira prepare breakfast, Seyam completes his fast on the first day of Ramadan.

Tahany’s mother asks her daughter about the change in her behavior and her inability to sleep. Rafqi tells Sa'eed that he must withdraw his complaint against Seyam before Kamal submits it, but Kamal refuses. Seyam learns from Tahany that Sa'eed filed a complaint against him and another against her.

As Kamal convinces Sa'eed that Seyam is the reason Rafqi and Ibtisam warned him about the complaint, Sa'eed files a complaint against them. Seyam is upset that the general manager saw Tahany in his office. When Hoda hears Seyam talking with Tahany, she asks her if Seyam goes out with female employees.

Selim quarrels with Zubeida because of what Shahira did at the bank. Fawzia tells Seyam that she doesn't want to know the truth because it will upset her. Seyam invites Selim and Zubeida to break their fast. Fawzia tells her colleagues that she will write a fair report on the hospital's condition.

As Tahany refuses to meet the groom brought by her uncle for fear of repeating what happened to her with Makram, her mother tells her that she loves Seyam. Ibtisam tells Sa'eed that she loves him when he accuses her of threatening him on orders from Seyam. Zubeida learns that Seyam loves another.

Fawzia and Shahira hear a woman’s call telling Zubeida that Selim is getting married. As Kamal continues to drive a wedge between Sa'eed and Seyam, he asks Sa'eed to hide an important file to get rid of Seyam. Tahany tells Seyam that her uncle and mother insist on agreeing to the groom.

When Randa discovers that the file is missing, Seyam asks Rafqi and Ibtisam to search for it, while he thinks that the file had been stolen. Ibtisam asks Sa'eed to return the file. Selim divorces Zubeida when she refuses to tell him who she was calling.

Tahany’s mother refuses to make Seyam speak with Tahany. Sa'eed’s mother tells her son to look after Ibtisam. Selim learns from Seyam that Zubeida was contacting Fawzia. As Kamal tries to find out the truth about the quarrel between Ibtisam and Sa'eed, she deceives him.

Seyam tells the director that the follow-up department is responsible for the loss of the deal. The director forwards Sa'eed's complaint against Seyam. Shahira tells Fawzia that she knows about Selim's second marriage. Sabry tries to prevent Tahany's mother from meeting Seyam.

Tahany's mother asks Seyam about his relationship with Tahany. Seyam's father rebukes Seyam for not interfering to solve Zubeida and Selim's problem and asks him about what he will do as a big brother when he dies.

As Fawzia makes a mistake with uncle Hassanein that almost costs him his life, she manages to save him. As she tells Seyam of her mistake, she tells him that she will stay in the hospital until he knows what he wants. Zubeida continues to cry. The director gives Selim a leave after he makes a mistake.

Seyam tells Tahany's mother that he loves her daughter. Tahany refuses to meet Sabry. Ibtisam tells Sa'eed that any mistake can be fixed because she loves him. Seyam learns that Sa'eed returned the file and refused to have it documented.

As Seyam tells the director that the file was returned, Kamal concludes that the file was not stolen. Ibtisam asks Sa'eed to withdraw his complaint because Seyam knows that the file was returned. Kamal warns Sa'eed that Ibtisam could be deceiving him. The investigation committee comes to the company.

Seyam insists on the investigation and refuses to resolve the issue amicably. As Tahany tries to reconcile with Sabry, he tells her that Seyam will leave her, so her mother advises her to give Sabry a chance. Seyam tells Fawzia that Mahmoud and Selim are going to his father to placate Zubeida.

Seyam's father blames his son for not speaking to Zubeida. Zubeida's father makes his daughter and Selim talk to each other. When Zubeida turns to Seyam, Fawzia comes in and slaps Zubeida.

Fawzia asks Selim to leave so that Zubeida would not get upset. When Isma'il tells Randa that Hussam wants to marry her, she refuses. As Hikmat gets Selim involved in a problem, the director orders him to take a leave and go to a neurologist. Randa threatens Sa'eed after his quarrel with Rafqi.

Fawzia finds out about Mahmoud's son, Hassanein. Seyam learns from Tahany about Sa'eed's quarrel with Rafqi. Hoda calls Hikmat after learning of Selim and Zubeida's divorce.

Randa tells Ibtisam and Rafqi that she will confront Sa'eed with what is happening officially. When Zubeida tells Seyam that Fawzia is suffering, Seyam tells Fawzia that he wants her and that he ended things with Tahany.

When Isma'il asks Seyam to persuade Randa to marry Hussam, he refuses. Rafqi tells Randa that he loves her, but there is a suitor who proposed to her. When Fawzia returns home, she finds Seyam preparing a surprise for her. Sabry tells Tahany that he will handle the deal.

The manager tells Kamal that Isma'il filed a complaint against Seyam to the chairman of the board of directors. Shahira tells Fawzia that Hikmat has one sister who's married. As Kamal runs the company, he makes Sa'eed take Seyam's place, which upsets the employees.

Zubeida learns about the story of Selim's marriage and Hikmat's lie. Ibtisam tells Sa'eed that he's Kamal's tool to sabotage the company as she learns about the transfer of employees. Seyam asks Rafqi, Sabry, Ibtisam, Randa, and Tahany not to be unfair to Sa'eed or expose him.

As Fawzia is sad because she believes that there is a secret between Seyam and Tahany, she leaves the house. Selim and Zubeida return to their home. Kamal threatens to fire Sa'eed and Ibtisam if he doesn't stay away from her. Randa confronts Isma'il that she knows that he wants to harm Seyam.

As Seyam asks Randa for the file that incriminates Sa'eed, he gives it to him. As Gad decides to put Fawzia in charge of the hospital's shift alone, she refuses to sign the order, so he plans a disciplinary investigation. Kamal makes Sa'eed the director of planning so that he can focus on the deal.

As Gad checks on Fawzia, he tells her that he approved her report. As it turns out that Fawzia is pregnant, Abdel Hamid goes to see her at the hospital. Isma'il reprimands Rafqi when he tells him that he wants to marry Randa. Kamal makes Sa'eed take a bribe for the deal.

As Sa'eed tells Seyam about the bribery, Seyam tells him to report it, but he's surprised when Sa'eed issues the export order. Sabry asks Tahany to propose to her. As Randa flees, Seyam confronts Isma'il with how he started his life.

Kamal makes Sa'eed forge Seyam's signature on a shipment permit for the Italian company. As Seyam learns from Shahira that the problem with Abdo is about money, she gives Abdo the check. The police arrest Kamal and Al-Rouby.

Selim makes Zubeida work with him. Shahira forgives Abdo after both of them get swindled. Kamal accuses Seyam of being his partner. As the prosecutor investigates Seyam, he's released after Sa'eed's testimony. As Fawzia becomes pregnant, she reconciles with Seyam. Sa'eed and Ibtisam get engaged.
