When Umm Waddah falls seriously ill, Salem goes to get the doctor, while Umm Hind takes care of her throughout her illness.
The doctor tells Waddah and Salem that Umm Waddah’s illness needs a medicine that is only found in the Forest of Death, and that whoever enters it is condemned to death, but Waddah insists on bringing the medicine to his mother.
Waddah bids his mother farewell without telling her about going to bring her the medicine from the lions forest, which the doctor tells him its story and that no one comes out of it alive.
As Umm Waddah discovers that her son has gone to the Forest of Death, she worries about him and decides to look for him, while Salem goes after him to bring him home, but Waddah continues on his way.
Umm Waddah cries over her son all the time. On his way, Waddah meets a tribal sheikh, who advises him to return where he came from, but Waddah refuses.
Waddah enters the Forest of Death, but Salem does not follow him, and as the animals begin to smell Waddah and prepare to attack him, he fights them back.
The gorillas vow revenge on Waddah for killing their father, whereupon Salem arrives in the Forest of Death, and fights with the gorillas; meanwhile, the fox tries to convince the bull to meet the lion, and tricks him.
The fox and the lion try to separate the three bulls, so that it preys on them easily. A wild tiger attacks Waddah, who defeats it, while the gorillas continue to chase Salem.
Waddah continues his search for the sparrow's milk plant, while Salem wrestles with monsters and ferocious animals in the forest. The black bull suggests that the lion cut off his leg in order to be cured of his illness.
When a rhinoceros attacks Waddah, he tries to convince him that he is only looking for medicine for his mother. The lion manages to deceive the red bull and devours it. The tigers keep chasing Salem.
Waddah succeeds in causing the rhinoceros to fall in a deep hole, while the tigers trap Salem in a cave to attack him, and the lion decides to devour the black bull.
When the lion's condition worsens, the fox thinks that its end is near, while Salem manages to defeat the tigers and get out of the cave.
The animals agree with the leader of the tigers to get rid of Waddah and Salem, so he chases them, whereupon Waddah agrees to treat the lion’s leg.
Waddah asks the lion to protect him so that he can help him and treat his leg, upon which the fox tells the animals that Waddah is under his protection, so he begins the treatment.
Waddah treats the lion's foot by cauterization, so the lion faints for a while, then wakes up cured of his illness, and promises to grant him anything he asks for, and as Salem is also saved, he bids the animals farewell after getting his mother's medicine, who is healed and betroths Hind to him.
