Ahmed and De'bes are on the look for an apartment. As they find one, their new landlord, Hajj Madbouly, stipulates that his tenants can not be single men living alone. Ahmed hires an actress to pretend to be their mother and gets the apartment opposite that of Madbouly's daughter, Mona.
