The events revolve around Mr. Ramadan, an Arabic language teacher who lives in a rural village called Mit Paris. He is very loved by the people of the village and tries to exploit their love for him to enlighten their insight about the corruption that the mayor and Tolba, the People’s Assembly member, are doing. And in the midst of the events, he goes to France and some comical ironies happen to him.
