The story revolves around an Egyptian diplomat working as a delegate to the United Nations. He returns to Egypt after completing his mission and he hits a young man with his car in the streets of Cairo. He takes him to the hospital, then returns to visit him and is surprised to find him missing. He searches for him and uncovers a network involved in human organ trafficking.
