The police find a man with a head injury lying in a dumpster and take him to the station. They interrogate him, but Mukhtar doesn't remember anything. On the way of taking him to the mental hospital to discern his mental state, Mukhtar escapes.

Mukhtar sleeps at a mosque and a Sheikh calls him Abdullah. He asks Hajj Farag to let him work in his coffee shop and the worker Qadry starts bullying him. Nehmedo, the coffee place owner, tries to know Abdullah's story.

Nehmedo falls for Abdullah and wishes to marry him. Abdullah stops thieves from robbing the agency of the Hajj, and Qadry incites the Hajj against Abdullah. Abdullah wanders the streets and stops in front of a big company and Kassem sees him and panics.

Abdullah says goodbye to Sheikh Radwan on his last day at the agency and Qadry assaults him. Abdullah is taken to the hospital as his heart condition worsens. Hikmat feels that General Sadiq is hiding information about Mukhtar's accident and the woman who was with him in the car.

Sheikh Radwan and Nehmedo are trying to raise money for Abdallah's operation. Abdullah leaves the hospital and returns all the money they've collected. Heshmat refuses to help Kassem and refuses to buy the raw materials he imported.

Radwan rents a room for Abdullah. Nehmedo confesses her love for Abdullah who tells her that he fears his past might be shameful. Camellia asks Hazem to publish an obituary on his father's fortieth anniversary. Abdullah disappears from the neighborhood.

Manar is happy after learning that her father, Mukhtar, might still be alive. The story of Mukhtar and Abdullah spread after Shaira's investigations with Nehmedo and the people of the neighborhood. Sadiq finds Mukhtar at the cemetery and takes him home.

Manar tries to make Mukhtar remember her and her brother Hazem. Hikmat insists to take Mukhtar to the estate and postpone his admission into the hospital.

Mukhtar wonders about the source of his fortune and Hikamt tells him he took a loan and he paid it from the farm's revenue. Arafa the driver tells Mukhtar about the company's cashier who embezzled money and went to jail, and that his car was found burned with a man and a woman inside.

Mukhtar asks Hazem why he dropped out of the faculty of engineering, and he tells him that it was after the accident of the bowling center that collapsed on a friend's daughter. Manar's fiancé, Alaa, the soccer player is glad to see Mukhtar.

Jano the secretary is sick. Mukhtar gives Arafa the money the cashier embezzled to give to his wife. Mukhtar insists on doing the operation in Egypt; his heart stops but he comes back to life.

The company's cashier refuses to take the money after his reputation has been ruined. Jano doesn't know how to hide her pregnancy. Nehmedo and Radwan attend Alaa and Manar's wedding.

Anis and Heshmat prepare a file against Mukhtar and his company violations, and they file a complaint against him. Mukhtar goes to the Attorney General and knows the charges against him, which include squandering public money.

Jano brings files that prove Mukhtar's innocence and he's released from custody. Jano resigns after being insulted by Heshamt. Mukhtar refuses to return back to work. Manar's friend, Hadeel, asks to have a TV interview with Mukhtar.

Hazem opens the import company after his mother gives him money to start again. Hikmat and Mukhtar travel to their apartment in London. An unknown bugs the London apartment. Alaa comes home drunk.

Hikmat and Mukhtar return to Egypt. Camellia tells Hazem that Mukhtar did not get a loan to purchase the villa, and she wonders how he bought the villa and the farm.

Mukhtar receives a video from Mona's father, the girl who died at the bowling center accident, accusing Mukhtar and Hazem of her death. Hazem tells his father that the contractor turned himself in and took the blame in exchange for money, and that's how Hazem got acquitted.

Mukhtar is angry about what Hazem did, and Hikam tells him they did it to protect their son. Hazem is depressed from Mukhtar's reaction. Mukhtar decides to sell the London apartment to build a mosque as a religious expiation for Mona.

Jano tells Mukhtar that they got married in secret and they traveled to London for their honeymoon. Hikmat is angry after finding out about it.

Jano has a miscarriage and gets mad and insists on divorce, which Mukhtar grants her. Hikmat decides to forgive Mukhtar because he does not remember anything.

Kassem tells Mukhtar that he framed a bribery case for the former CEO Qadry Al-Minshawy and caused his paralysis. Mukhtar goes to visit Qadry, and his mentally disabled son Walid attacks him.

Camellia wants to visit Mukhtar at the estate and Hikamt feels that she's trying to impose her opinion on them. Mukhtar visits Qadry again and plays with his son Walid.

Manar resumes her work in the hospital. Alaa apologizes to her and asks her to turn over a new leaf. Mukhtar tries to find a way to clear Qardy's name, and Qadry asks him to look after Walid who has gone missing.

Mukhtar asks Shahira the journalist to publish Qadry's case and the proof to his innocence. The editor-in-chief stops the publication after Hikmat's visit to him. Hikmat files an interdiction lawsuit against Mukhtar.

Mukhtar decides to write half the estate over to Walid. Businessman Fikry Al-Minyawy accuses Mukhtar of taking a bribe from him to obtain one of the company's tenders and that Hikmat took the money to cover the losses of the hospital owned by Manar.

Hikmat and Mukhtar get into a big fight and he leaves the house. Mukhtar reports himself on charges of bribery and corruption. Mukhtar's property is seized and he's taken into custody pending investigation.

Fakhry tells Hikmat that they will present documents proving that Mukhtar is not in his right mind, and he's taken to the mental hospital. Mukhtar gets tortured at the hospital and Nehmedo visits him.

Rashida is upset with Kassem because of the loans he does not pay and that she can go to jail. Mukhtar is out of the hospital. He starts using the name Abdullah. Radwan takes him to a motel and he asks Manar to search for Walid.

Alaa returns to taking drugs and Manar asks for a divorce. Sadiq returns Walid to Abdullah. Abdullah asks Nehmedo to marry him.

Abdullah and Nehmedo get married and they go to Alexandria for their honeymoon. The ban on Hikmat's properties is lifted after submitting false documents to the Attorney General.

Kassem tells Hazem that Mukhtar took a large sum from him to speculate on the New York Stock Exchange, and that he, Rashida, and Fakhry have won millions of dollars. Abdullah starts working at the coffee place.

Kassem suspects that Abdullah is Mukhtar and everything that happened was a trick intended to take over Kassem and Rashida's money; he sends two men to kidnap Abdullah from Nehmedo's house.

Hazem confesses to Manar that Abdullah is their father and that he forged his fingerprints to get him out of the hospital. Hazem breaks into Kassem's villa where he clashes with him and dies. Manar gives birth and Mukhtar names the baby Hazem. Mukhtar asks Hikmat to start a new virtuous life.
